Beautiful, private, fully furnished and equipped, holiday villa for self-catering holiday just 4min walk from the beach and 7 min walk from large shopping centre. Own WiFi, fabulous sea views, 3 bedrooms (including huge master bedroom & en suite open plan bathroom), 2 more bathrooms, large dining & lounge areas, large kitchen/breakfast room, several terraces, private pool, Sky TV, DVD player, Hi Fi, Barbecue. Available for Holiday Rental. Sleeps up to 6 persons (+ travel cot). A 7th person is possible, please ask. Villa Blanca has a beautiful, open-plan, split-level design & is very spacious, light & airy with high, sloped, beamed ceilings, modern tiled floors, huge double-glazed windows & French doors, underfloor heating and air-con. There are 5 terraces/patios and lower garden, porch/terrace & pool area boast wood-effect tiling & stone & marble finishes. Fully equipped with bed linen, towels, crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils. Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse, iron & board.
The owner, David Greene, whose profile appears in this ad further down, lives in Fuengirola too so he is just a few minutes away from the Villa. He also makes a point of welcoming his guests personally on arrival, showing them around and handing over keys etc.
Fuengriola, Costa del Sol: The Costa del Sol is certainly the best coast in Spain in terms of infrastructure, general standards, facilities and weather. The most sought after section runs between Malaga city and Estepona. The town of Fuengirola is 20kms from Malaga airport in the direction of Estepona and is exactly halfway between Malaga and Marbella. It is therefore perfectly located and Fuengirola is probably the best coastal town in terms of size, accessibility, beaches, facilities and amenities, choice, standards and costs. Villa Blanca sits right at the western edge of the town and benefits from a quiet cul de sac location just 250 metres in a straight line from the best beach and has fabulous panoramic sea views. It is also within walking distance of a large shopping mall and supermarket as well as dozens of restaurants and bars without being within earshot of any of them....ideal.
Fuengirola also has its own aquapark, cinema complex, zoo, water sports, equestrian sports, medical centres as well as several golf courses within a few kilometres.

About David Greene
I am a British Chartered Accountant and I came to live and work in Spain in 1998 after a long-ish career in corporate finance. On arriving in Spain, as a complete change of lifestyle, I opened a very successful French restaurant which I later sold very well. I then owned and ran a small, successful real estate office but closed it when the property market went quiet here in 2006. I earlier lived for 16 years in Belgium and speak French and an improving Spanish too. I am a friendly and approachable guy and I want to make sure that my guests have a great time and really enjoy the Villa. Thankfully, I seem to succeed in that. I expect high standards when I go on holiday and I always assume that my guests expect the same from me.
I live in Fuengirola too so I am just a few minutes away from the Villa should the guests need me for any reason. I also make a point of welcoming my guests personally on arrival, showing them around and handing over keys etc.

Why David Greene chose Fuengirola
I bought Villa Blanca because of its fabulously original open-plan split-level interior layout, very high ceilings, loads of light, fabulous terraces and garden as well as the amazing panoramic sea views. Another important factor was the location on the edge of town but so close to the beach and so many facilities including restaurants, bars, the Myramar shopping mall etc...perfect. I completely renovated it in 2004 and, in 2006, I extended it significantly and installed a super private pool of 32 m2. Most of my guests say the photos do not do the Villa justice especially the panoramic sea views. It is not necessary to hire a car as all you need is accessible within walking distance. However, the Villa is also ideally located as a central point to visit so many places of interest, sports and other facilities, shops, and other towns.
What makes this villa unique
I think that the unique benefits of Villa Blanca can be summarised as follows. If anyone contemplating a self-catering Villa holiday makes up a list of all of the criteria they are seeking (eg spacious, luxurious, private exclusive use of the facilities, fully-equipped, walking distance to beach, shops, bars restaurants, etc, super sea views, private pool, loads of local amenities, excellent transport links, close to airport, fair-pricing etc etc) then Villa Blanca is one of very very few that can tick all of the boxes.
