Luxurious 2 bed apartment 105 m2 just a stroll from an uncrowded sandy beach.

Ideal for families who want to relax by the pool or beach. Also ideal for golfers as there are numerous top class golf courses nearby. This two bedroom apartment, with large lounge and dining area has a separate fully fitted kitchen and is in a small private development with an outdoor pool. The furnished balcony has views of the swimming pool and adjacent golf course as do all the rooms in the apartment. Allocated underground parking is provided. The master bathroom is equipped with a hydro-massage bath while the guest bathroom has been fitted with a hydro-massage shower. The complex lies a short distance from the bustling town of Marbella. Ideally suited for 4 but can cater for up to 6 people. Adjacent to a lovely un-crowded sandy beach. There are many 5 star hotels nearby offering their facilities to non-hotel guests, including Hotel Los Monteros, Incosol Spa and Rio Real Hotel. With wi-fi.

Shopping Centre : Nearby is a large commercial park called La Canada where everything from designer clothes to groceries and fine wines are available. This centre has more than a hundred shops and also has hairdressers, restaurants, Alcampo Supermarket, a bowling centre, arcade hall, cinema and a state of the art gymnasium.

Quite apart from the nearby beach and the local attractions of the lovely town of Marbella, it is only a short drive into the mountains and to the ancient Andalucian white villages. Snow skiing and boarding is available in Sierra Nevada (2 hours). The beautiful city of Granada (also 2 hours). Many activity parks are near including Selwo Safari park (30 minutes), home to many wild animals and birds that live in relative freedom. The stunning gorge of Ronda is only 50km away and definitely worth a visit. Further afield Madrid, Seville and Cordoba are all within easy reach. East is Malaga where one may visit the Pablo Picasso museum (30 minutes) and west is Gibraltar.

Exact location: From the airport take the N340 / A7 towards Marbella. Take the second exit after the Hospital Costa del Sol. Just having crossed over the Rio Real golf course, take the exit 'Torre Real, Cambio de Sentido' and you're there -apartments Coto Real Golf are on the right at this roundabout.

Marbella town centre is a further 2 minutes on N340 / A7. Puerto Banus is a 15 minute drive. La Canada shopping centre is 3 minutes by car. Estepona, Ronda and Gibraltar are all easily accessible. Back towards the airport, Cabopino harbour is 10 minutes drive. Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Mijas are also nearby.

A lovely family weekend in Marbella

We had a great break at the apartment whilst visiting family nearby. The apartment is lovely and has everything that one requires whilst on holiday. Buddha Beach Club is nearby as is the golf club. However a taxi journey is required to Marbella centre for pubs, clubs and restaurants.

Very well equipped and comfortable apartment

The Apartment is located close to the main coastal road making exploring the various towns, beaches, and restaurants very easy. It is well equipped,clean, modern and comfortable and the gardens and pool area are well maintained. It is 15 minutes by car to the centre of Marbella and close to a good quality supermarket. We would recommend this Apartment to a family looking for a relatively quiet location but within easy reach of the local attractions.

apt was everything we wished for and more.

A very comfortable and beautifully appointed apt. We lacked for nothing as everything you could possibly want in a rental was provided.The complex itself was everything and more as stated online. The pool area was very well designed. We found the ambience throughout the complex calm and relaxing. We certainly had no problem sleeping there thanks to the great beds and the calm and relaxed atmosphere throughout. A wonderful addition was satillite tv so we could tune in to our favourite tv prog's and keep up to date on events. The apt was spick and span on arrival and an added bonus was a lovely bottle of vino and a few essentials in the fridge. Nice touch believe me ! Parking within the complex was an added bonus. Since booking the apt I built up a friendly and cordial relationship with the owner. I found her own website on the apt very informative and the link to google maps was invaluable in previewing the location in advance. The owner was more than helpful in passing on all local information. I knew I could contact her anytime for additional info should I require it and I felt assured the day we travelled out that she was available to take a call should we need assistance. She also gave us a phone no of someone on the Costa, should we require additional information,which was very reassuring. The owners customer service was 5 star. We are non golfers and even we really enjoyed our stay in Coto Rio Real. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property to our friends. Our holiday to the sun this year was memorable thanks to Coto Rio Real. It was homely, very comfortable and everything we could have wished for in a rental.We discovered a lovely beach walk in Elviria just a 5 min drive from the apt. We went to the market in Mijas Costa and found it easy to park the car in the local small shopping centre. Then it was just a 4 minute walk to the actual market. We would recommend car hire staying in Coto Rio Real. Since my first enquiry regarding booking this apt it has been a real pleasure dealing with the owner. We honestly cannot recommend this property enough. We would definitely return for another relaxing and stress free holiday. Can't wait to tell our friends about this apt and complex. E & M

Coto Real Golf is a small secure gated development of only 46 apartments with its own communal swimming pool and manicured tropical gardens. The complex is close to the bustling town of Marbella and a five minute walk to a lovely sandy beach with the newly opened 5 star la Trocadera Arena restaurant.

Rio Real and Los Monteros are two of the most exclusive addresses on the Coast - Antonio Banderas is one of the better known super stars with a home in the area - others prefer to keep a lower profile.

Marbella town lies three kilometres west of the apartment and is just two minutes away by car. If however you prefer to leave car behind, taxis are cheap and plentiful and there is a very good bus service in/out of Marbella running just outside the apartment.

We can arrange a pick up/drop off service to/from Malaga airport (up to 4 people). If interested please ask for further details.

Other Activities: Excellent tennis facilities are five minutes down the road. Funny Beach is a short stroll along the beach with go karting through to bumper boats.

Golf: Front line golf on the prestigious Rio Real Golf Course. Rio Real is a lovely mature course whose front nine holes slope gently towards the Mediterranean. Even though the river Real crosses the course 4 times, it still does not cause too many problems.

Santa Clara (2 mins) with its imposing club house, has excellent practice facilities. Cabopino, Greenlife and Santa Maria Golf courses are each less than 10 minutes drive away. Cabopino has tight fairways and a lot of water. Santa Maria is a hilly course with stunning views. As with all courses on the Costa, fairways and greens are always in perfect condition.

Within 10 minutes you will find Greenlife, Los Flamingos, and Los Naranjos. While Greenlife is only 9 holes, it is worth a visit because of the views from its club house and its popular restaurant. 15 mins away is La Quinta and many, many more. While San Roque and Valderrama are 35 minutes drive, even if you don't want to spend the money to play them its worth stopping over en route to Gibraltar (45 mins).
