The apartment is on two floors and luxuriously furnished, with air-conditioning. The accommodation comprises two living rooms, fully fitted kitchen / diner and the option of one, two or three bedrooms with one, two or three bath / shower rooms.

Guests have the use of heated outdoor swimming pool (to 80F / 28C May to September), hot tub with gazebo, summerhouse with shower and beautiful gardens. No smoking in the apartment. Special arrangements for children of 10 and under. No pets.

The village is close to the small country town of Billericay and within easy reach of London, Cambridge, Colchester and 'Constable Country'. There is a fast (30 mins) rail link to central London.

  • The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The cost is from £1300 to £1450 depending on season.
    As an alternative, the apartment can be rented with just two bedrooms or one bedroom with two or one bathrooms.
    Rental rates are lower. Two bedroom from £940 per week to £1350 per week depending on season and Option chosen. One bedroom from £625 per week to £1250 per week depending on season and Option chosen. All Options have the sole use of two lounges and a large kitchen / diner. Also shared use of the pool, hot tub and other outside

  • 40% of rental is payable at the time of reservation and the balance 6 weeks before arrival.
    Reservations 6 weeks or less before arrival will require full payment.
    There is a £250 breakage deposit - returnable. (£400 if any of the occupants are 10 years of age or less)
