Sleeps 10. 5 Bedrooms 5 bathrooms luxury villa in exclusive area with totally screened large private garden, terrace and 12m x 5m heated pool. 5 minute walk from shops, restaurants and amenities. 7 minutes walk to fabulous expanses of blue flag beaches. There are countless golf courses of varying difficulty within 20 miles. Air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, outside BBQ on the terrace and satellite TV.

Peaceful Location, 7 min walk to fantastic beach: The villa is in a peaceful avenue, and just a 5 minute walk from shops, tennis courts, restaurants, children’s playground and church. 7 minute walk to fabulous expanses of blue flag beaches. The large garden offers both sun and shade and is completely safe for children to play in as the pool is fenced in. The villa offers many facilities nearby. We are less than 3 miles from the nearest golf course and there are more a little further on. We are within easy driving distance of go-karting, horse riding, sailing and water sports. We are in the heart of real Spanish Andalucia and as a result there are many 'ferias' throughout the year - colourful festivals where locals dress in flamenco style, eat, dance and show off their horses. If these spectacles are not enough there are often fun fairs for the children too. Great restaurants are in abundance, we particularly like 2, which are next to each other, which are actually on a nearby beach. White Moorish hilltop villages are close too.

Wonderful happy holiday

We had an amazing time at this villa in Roche. So close to the beach and park area. We had a wonderful time chilling round the pool and strolling round the very quiet roads. Beach is unspoilt and perfect for a long walk. Everyone very friendly and it was good opportunity to practice our Spanish. Nicole very helpful before and during the holiday. Highly recommend.

Great house and location

We had a lovely stay at this house. The house is exactly as listed, though it is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beach (long and sandy) is a short walk away (about 10mins) and was perfect for our children. The village centre is also close by - with a playpark, shops and cafes. This is somewhere we can see we will come back to.

Excellent holiday location

An excellent villa in a very desirable location. The accommodation is more spacious than one imagines from the photographs and enabled our two families to share the villa whilst having great privacy. The pool is a good size with plenty of toys available to use. General maintenance of the property is of a high standard. The immediate location is nice and quiet, with the beautiful beach a short walk away. The region appears unspoilt by foreign tourism and there are plenty of excellent restaurants in the vicinity. We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday - highly recommended!

Lovely, wheelchair accessible villa

Really nice, well-equipped villa in Roche with friendly, helpful managers. The photos do not do the property justice. As a wheelchair user I was getting very stressed making enquiries about places that claimed to be accessible only to find that the doorways were too narrow for me to get through. Michele's property is not designed for wheelchair access but it worked well for me. It's completely on one level, one tiny step about 1inch at the front and a threshold at the back. The property manager took one of the ensuite bathroom doors off the hinges to make it easier for me to get in. and the wash basin had space to get my knees under. Two little steps to get to the swimming pool, but at the end of December we weren't using the pool anyway. The house is huge, with two lounge areas as well as an enormous dining table, and another hallway room where the kids could play. On top of that there is a terrace area with two tables (one large, one medium) outside. As well as the five bedrooms there are several sofa beds so can fit far more people in than we were. We were lucky with beautiful weather and it was warm enough for late breakfast and lunch outside. A bit chilly to use the barbecue but we managed anyway. Roche is a very quiet residential area - possibly a bit too quiet in December, but the lack of cars made wandering around and the 5 minute walk to the beach a pleasure. There are several stepped pathways down to the beach, some with (slightly steep) ramps. I found a rough pathway that I could take my off-road wheelchair down and was able to sit and watch the sea. A very good place for a big family holiday and I would go again. Would definitely recommend, particularly if more interested in the beach, bike rides through the woods and to the cliffs, enjoying the pool and the villa, rather than town-life/ sight-seeing although all of that is only a short drive away.
