The apartment is on high ground overlooking the beautiful sandy beach of St Georges Bay. It is centrally located in the St Julians area, close to Malta's best entertainment places and a shopping centre. The Portomaso Hilton, the Intercontinental and other major Five-Star Hotels are within 5 minutes walking distance. It is also very close to the picturesque St Julians/Sliema promenade. The apartment has a large covered car space adjacent to the property and forms part of a managed complex adjacent to a hotel which offers swimming pool facilities to non-residents. Sliema city centre is 10 minutes away by bus. The main English Language Schools are within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is nicely laid out with most rooms overlooking the bay. Accommodation includes a spacious airconditioned Sitting / Dining Room with its window overlooking the bay and leading to the outside terrace which also enjoys the same views; 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and spare toilet/shower.

Golf course: A local golf course is available about 15 kilometers away and is open all year.

Baby cot: A baby cot is available on request at no extra charge

We just got back from a week in Malta .

We stayed in this appartment and it was perfect for us , everything is within walking distance , shops , restaurants , dive center , and the nightlife is just around the corner .

And even high speed wireless internet available for those who want it .

The kitchen was also very well equipped !!

VERY CONVENIENT APARTMENT AT TOP LOCATION.

The 3 bedroom apartment fully responded to our needs and expectations. The furniture and equipment is absolutely satisfactory. The location is one of the best in Malta. There are many bars and restaurants around, but it is still very quiet. The sea view is marvellous. The owner is very polite and attentive. 100% recommended!

GREAT APARTMENT OVERLOOKING GEORGE'S BAY!

Great apartment overlooking George's Bay!

We (a family of 4) had a great stay at this central located apartment with a very nice view. There is plenty of space for up to 6 people and a parking lot in front of the house. The aparment is well equipped (pots, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, big fridge). There's a little supermarket close to the aparment. The party area Paceville is very close but the aparment is nevertheless quite.
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at this lovely seafront apartment.

VERY NICE APARMENT!

We were very pleased with the apartment. Aparment was large, clean and very well equipped(we did miss the sunbeds on the balcony) . It is close to the beach, buses, shopping and lot's restaurants.
If we will go to Malta again, we rent it again.

SKØN LEJLIGHED TÆT PÅ STRAND

Beskrivelse og billeder af lejligheden svarer fint overens med virkeligheden. Alting var som forventet i lejligheden.Dejlig terrasse (nordvendt). Vi kom meget tidligt om formiddagen, men alligevel modtog vi en dejlig rengjort lejlighed. Super tips fra ejeren omkring transport og seværdigheder. Vi vil klart anbefale både lejlighed og område til andre. Lejligheden ligger i Paceville området som er et "partysted", men på nær første aften hvor underboen holdt fest på terrassen var det ikke noget der generede os. Der ligger et vikelig godt supermarked 5 min. gang væk og vi var helt meget imponerede over en nærliggende restaurant Estilo. Virkelig god mad til meget rimelige priser.
Det er et sted vi gerne vil tilbage til :-)

CASA DELIZIOSA, PROPRIETARI DISPONIBILI E GENTILI

la casa dove abbiamo soggiornato rispecchiava tutte le caratteristiche descritte nel sito. Pulita, ben arredata e completamente nuova, vista mare e con un grande terrazzo (che forse con una luce e un tavolo grande in più sarebbe stato sfruttato anche per mangiare fuori).
La posizione è strategica, nonostante sia vicino ai locali più frequentati non si sentono schiamazzi fino a notte inoltrata. Abbastanza vicina alle spiagge di Sliema (15min in auto), ma per vedere spiagge migliori consiglio l'affitto della macchina, (con mezz'ora si arriva a golden bay). bella vacanza, bella location ma soprattutto niente sorprese, consiglio vivamente e colgo di nuovo l'occasione per ringraziare della sua disponibilità il Sig. Alfred.

WONDERFUL APARTMENT

This is a wonderful place to stay while in Malta. The apartment is roomy, clean and very well equipped. It is close to the beach, buses, shopping, restaurants. We walked everywhere, except when exploring the rest of Malta.

Would highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay again if we return to Malta.
