The apartment is on high ground overlooking the beautiful sandy beach of St Georges Bay. It is centrally located in the St Julians area, close to Malta's best entertainment places and a shopping centre. The Portomaso Hilton, the Intercontinental and other major Five-Star Hotels are within 5 minutes walking distance. It is also very close to the picturesque St Julians/Sliema promenade. The apartment has a large covered car space adjacent to the property and forms part of a managed complex adjacent to a hotel which offers swimming pool facilities to non-residents. Sliema city centre is 10 minutes away by bus. The main English Language Schools are within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is nicely laid out with most rooms overlooking the bay. Accommodation includes a spacious airconditioned Sitting / Dining Room with its window overlooking the bay and leading to the outside terrace which also enjoys the same views; 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and spare toilet/shower.

Golf course: A local golf course is available about 15 kilometers away and is open all year.

Baby cot: A baby cot is available on request at no extra charge

We just got back from a week in Malta .

We stayed in this appartment and it was perfect for us , everything is within walking distance , shops , restaurants , dive center , and the nightlife is just around the corner .

And even high speed wireless internet available for those who want it .

The kitchen was also very well equipped !!

Nice location , prior to booking communication excellent with Alfred. Very accommodating with all arrangements for arrival. We were a family of 3 , one of us staying in the area on business. In this respect staying in this accommodation is perfect as it is close to many large business hotels. It is also very spacious providing an excellent alternative for an independent traveller.
Overall a perfect travel solution for our requirements , I would recommend same !

Great Place

Just got back from a week at this apartment and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were 3 of us staying here so the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms meant that we had plenty of space. The apartment was clean, large and in a great location for both the beach at St George's Bay and the bars of Paceville. The excellent restaurants of Balluta Bay are only 10 minutes walk away. Valleta is also within walking distance.
In the apartment there is a tv, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, hob, oven, 1 bathroom with shower and the other bathroom with bath/shower, 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds and 1 has a double bed. Highly recommended.

Alfred's was an excellent host and could'nt do enough for us, the flat was great, clean and spacious, with nice views over the bay. Central for any night life, foods stores or the beach.

The apartment was totally amazing, very close to everything. Would Highly Recommend this apartment.
There was 5 adults staying in this apartment and it was very spacious, clean and tidy. We enjoyed nights in on the Balcony, or too Andrews Bar just a few minutes walk, also 2 minutes to all other amenities.

Very convenient apartment at top location.

The 3 bedroom apartment fully responded to our needs and expectations. The furniture and equipment is absolutely satisfactory. The location is one of the best in Malta. There are many bars and restaurants around, but it is still very quiet. The sea view is marvellous. The owner is very polite and attentive. 100% recommended!

Notes The above rates are for up to 2 persons sharing. For every additional person there is an extra charge of Eur 80 per week. 10% discount for bookings of 21 days and over. Special rates offered for bookings of 1 month and over in Winter.

In view of the rare occasional misbehaviour of guests we impose a penalty of Eur200 in the event of complaints of disturbance by other residents in the block.
35% down payment payable on booking and the balance to be paid in Malta on arrival at the apartment. A deposit of €400 will also be charged on arrival to cover any damage to the furniture and/or but this will be refunded on day of departure, less any repair costs or penalties.
