This non-smoking property sleeps a maximum of six people. The open plan living area of this property is air-conditioned and has a large sofa with coffee table, casual chairs and a large dining table seating 6 people. There is a TV featuring both French and English channels and a DVD. There is also a fully equipped newly refurbished American Style kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob and large fridge/freezer.

There is also a downstairs WC.

French patio doors lead to a large paved terrace, which is partially covered. You have a choice of alfresco dining in the garden or under the terrace. There is a gas BBQ and a large table and chairs for your use.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms.

Bedroom one has air conditioning and a double bed with ensuite shower room and WC. It has double patio doors leading onto a large balcony from which you can appreciate stunning views of the Alps and the famous Rock of Roquebrune. Bedroom two is a double bedroom, again with views of the Rock of Roquebrune and the Alps. Bedroom three has two single beds with views of the Mediterranean. All rooms have adequate storage and hanging space. Bedrooms two and three have the use of a bathroom with shower and WC. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also housed in this area for your use.

A feature of the property is the large fenced garden area, which is the perfect setting for relaxation and sun bathing.

The rental period runs from 4.00 pm on Saturday to 10.00 am on the following, or subsequent, Saturday morning. We ask that you plan to arrive between the hours of 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm. Arrivals beyond this time will attract an additional charge. A 25% deposit will be required to secure your booking.

The cleaning of the property is a compulsory additional cost of €100 payable locally on arrival in Euros. You will have the choice of bringing your own linen and house towels or renting them with the villa at a cost of €25 per person which will also be payable locally on arrival in Euros.

In order to maintain the property in the highest possible order we ask that a refundable damage deposit be paid in advance.

A hire car is recommended - there is plenty of parking on the domain. Trailers and Caravans are not allowed on the domain.
