A delightful highest quality annex located only 1 minutes walk from the beautiful and unspoilt Gannel Estuary. The Riverside is located on the prestigious Trevean Way – Newquay’s most desirable location known locally as millionaires row. Post code is TR7 1TW.

The annex comprises of a main living room area. The room has a small but ultra modern kitchen area, a sofa (which also converts to a comfortable sofa bed) television and small table that is perfect for 2 people. Patio doors lead to the lovely decked area, which is bathed in sunlight all day long.

The bathroom can only be described as five star luxury, with stunning design and fixtures

The beautiful double bedroom comprises of a double bed, wardrobe and draws and the tasteful decor giving a beautiful ambiance to this stunning bedroom. This delightful annex has private access, off road private parking; it’s own decked area and offers wonderful accommodation for two people.

What an outstanding property to stay in, the location was perfect for our needs, the owner was so pleasant and provided us with as much info as we could posibly need for our stay.
The apartment was 5* it fit our needs completely, was very tastefully and modern, fully equipped for us, will definately be returning to this beautiful location....
