Mrs Ernestina Gowans purchased this apartment in 1998
I bought this property for its unique position and good management.
I have seen the Claremont establishment built. It was well designed and managed. The entry phone system adds to safe and pleasant living. The location is so quiet and yet so near the High Street with all the shops. The railway station and bus stop is just a few minutes walk from the apartment
