BEAUTIFUL 3 BED HOLIDAY HOME IN CONWY MARINA VILLAGE

Photos and Description of this 3 bedroom holiday home in Conwy Town - Seibiant

Ideally placed between beach, golf and mountain. Approx 200m from golf course

Seibiant (leisure, respite ) is a cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom Conwy holiday cottage located within the Marina Development with views towards Conwy Mountain. Extensively refurbished in 2009 and decorated January 2012, it includes new quality furniture, new kitchen and bathroom. It is located within 300m of the beach, the marina, the Mulberry pub and the Championship Golf Course. There is excellent walking from the doorstep. Conwy town centre, with its imposing castle and town walls is reached via a 15 minute walk along a picturesque waterside footpath. An ideal base for touring the North Wales coast, Snowdonia and the beautiful Conwy Valley. Llandudno, with its beach, pier and promenade is less than 10 minutes away by car. There are extensive local activities including golf, cycling, riding, walking, sea-fishing and boating.

Our Conwy holiday cottage is in a truly a fantastic location with a wealth of amenities close to hand whilst retaining a get-away-from-it-all atmosphere. The house is in very close proximity to the beach, marina, pub and golf course and a few minutes drive away from a 24 hr supermarket, cinema, ten pin bowling and swimming pool.

Guestbook comments from the owner
Our first time in Wales and what a fantastic country. The area is lovely and the locals were so friendly. We went to lots of places and each one was brilliant. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. We felt so relaxed here.

On our last day we even had an old welsh gentleman singing a scottish song for us and what a voice he had.

Kind regards

We adore Conwy - Wales' best kept secret- and love to share our cosy house with friends and guests. It is a home from home, so there shouldn't be anything that is missing, apart from a cot/ high chair as we have moved on from that stage. Sometimes we eat in the great local restaurants eg Watsons, the Raj, the Mulberry and sometimes buy ready for the oven food from the famous Edwards of Conwy, and sometimes we bring our own food and cook , as we enjoy cooking and we have made the kitchen very well equipped.

We live in a busy town and love getting away to the seaside to enjoy relaxing by walking, hiking and golf.

Joanne Reynolds purchased this house in 2004

We bought this house as we knew and loved North Wales and the development had been really beautifully done, with contrasting styles and pastel colours. The houses were built with Conwy mountain as a backdrop and facing Deganwy Marina across the Conwy estuary. The on site facilities are very good.

The house is clean, smart and bright and we update it every year. We LOVE it and when its not rented out we use it ourselves.

We keep the prices competitive because we appreciate that people like value for money.

It is a great centre from which to explore the North Wales countryside, either on foot or by car.

There is golf and a beach on the doorstep, and a restaurant and shop on site. There is also a public slipway if you have a boat or jet ski.

We listen to our clients and upgrade the property in some way every year.

We are proud to say we have many return clients. This year one of them is staying for 3 weeks.

COMFORTABLE WELL-EQUIPPED COTTAGE

  • 4 out of 5
We really enjoyed our stay at Seibiant and can highly recommend the cottage. It felt very much like home as it is spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen has a good size and stocks everything one needs - cooking was a pleasure. We felt the separate dining room with access to the garden a real bonus; we enjoyed breakfast in the sunshine on several mornings. The living room is cosy, SKY TV and free WIFI definitely a plus. The bedrooms were lovely; lots of storage space and really, really comfortable beds. We can highly recommend this cottage to everybody. (Note: It didn't affect us much, but we feel that people should be aware that the A55 is very near and can be heard day and night - no problem though with the windows shut).

Owner's Response: Thank you for the great feedback.
We are glad to hear how much you enjoyed the cottage, and that enjoyed many sunny breakfasts in the garden. It is quite a sun trap!
We are quite near the A55, and with the windows closed we are unaware of it. Not many people comment on it, so we presume it does not have much impact.

ANOTHER SUPERB SEIBIANT HOLIDAY IN CONWY

  • 5 out of 5
This was our third two week holiday staying at Seibiant and it was, as always a delight to step through the door of what we consider our perfect holiday home. The location at Conwy Marina village is absolutely superb with the wonderful Mountains and Shorelines of North Wales right on our doorstep and perfect for our preferred outdoor activities of Sea Fishing and Walking. Brilliant and interesting Heritage attractions in abundance and we are still finding new places to visit even after over 35 years of visiting the area.
We have stayed at many different holiday homes during these years but without a doubt Seibiant is our favourite. The house is superbly equipped with all the domestic and home entertainment facilities you could wish for. A very well equipped kitchen allows us to eat well after long days out enjoying ourselves and there is a B-B-Q available as well. The house is always spotlessly clean and most importantly the beds are very comfortable.
A short stroll from Conwy, welcoming bar/restaurant on the Marina site, beach walks just a couple of hundred yards from the door, these are just some of the attractions for us. We have found some great places to eat over the years and two of our favourites are Romeo's (Italian) in Llandudno and the Garden Hotel (Cantonese) in Bangor.
The house has a stack of useful local information books and leaflets which has helped us find new places to visit.
Communications have been excellent with the owners of Seibiant and it is reassuring to know that they use it for regular family holidays themselves.
We would certainly highly recommend Seibiant as a family holiday home to anyone who wants a comfortable relaxing holiday in a beautiful part of the UK.

Owner's Response: We are always happy to receive feedback, and if there are any issues, aim to make good as soon as possible.
We also aim to improve the house every year, based on the comments from our holidaymakers.

A PERFECT HOLIDAY

  • 5 out of 5
Two weeks of exploring all the exciting facets of Northern Wales - castles, walks, mountains, the sea... and the wonderful house in Ellis Way as starting point and home base for our trips - we couldn't have asked for more.
The excellently equipped kitchen was a special asset, the cosy living room & Sky TV ensured many a worthwhile evening and all in all the house simply is a gem.
The "50 walks" book was great - fantastic walks somewhat off the general tourist radar (e. g. walks 17 and 26).

Owner's Response: We aim to please and welcome all feedback. Obviously it is easy with responses such as this one, but we will be upgrading our property this year to reflect some comments we had last season e.g. about the need for blinds in the rear bedrooms.

We had a lovely week in Conwy, the house was ideally situated, the marina development was excellent.
Lovely walks from our doorstep, hardly used the car.
We hope to return again soon.

Notes:
Our Conwy holiday cottage is a real home-from-home. Many guests have valued the proximity of the golf course- there is no need to take your car. Others have taken the opportunity to bring their boats as there is a public slipway at the end of the road. Families with young children have very much enjoyed the beach which is an easy walk even for young ones. Children have loved crabbing from the edge of the jetty, but we would urge their parents to keep close by as the water is very deep. The are some buckets, spades and a beach mat in the laundry room Guests have noticed that the kitchen is very well equipped - we love cooking ourselves so would be surprised if we had forgotten anything. For TV addicts there is a substantial Sky package including Sport channels and Sky plus..free WIFI, new for October 2013 There are 4 bicycles to use at your own risk- bring your helmets! 2 adult and 2 small adult/teenager size
