LUXURY BEACH HOUSE WITH GREAT SEA VIEWS AND PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS

The house was perfect for three generations of one family and met all of our requirements. Two bathrooms with the option of a shower and a bath were ideal for those with a disability. The decor was bright, clean and welcoming and I have already recommended it to friends and family. My niece was ecstatic about its proximity to the beach which she would have spent all day playing on had the weather been warmer. The information pack and leaflet rack were extremely helpful and provided lots of useful information. There are great locations for days out very close by and also plenty of choice for takeaways or eating out for those nights when you don't fancy cooking.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would consider returning next year.

Myself and my husband stayed at this property for convience to the beach ( as not like driving too far to beach) and it was jut perfect as a stone throw away so if could go back to aparmtment and have lunch and return. The apartment was very clean and and all the facilites needed ie washing maching, iron, microwave etc.

There was a booklet advising best places to eat etc and distance to.

There was a spacious patio if wanted to do BBQ, a table and chairs to eat out, and a balcony with two relaxers on if wanted just to chill out for a bit so had lots of choice.

We went for a relaxing break and that is what we got but saying that would also be idea for a family .

I woud recommend this property either way.

We had a great week at this lovely light, bright, well appointed and very comfortable beach house. James has thought of everything you need and more to make your stay enjoyable. Great location a stones throw from the beach with great sea views from the balconies, back and front of the property. We were lucky enough to have had probably the best week of the summer weather wise and enjoyed some lovely sunsets sitting on the beach.
Good days out included visits to Chichester, Portsmouth (particularly the historical docks), West Wittering beach and Chichester harbour and marina. We did not eat out much as the weather was so good we took advantage of meals on the balcony but we can recommend the Beach House at West Wittering.
There were only two of us so the space was great but the unusual layout of the house makes it a great place for groups of friends, young families and families with teenagers.
I would definitely recommend Marineside and we look forward to coming back in the future.
