This lovely bright apartment is just 15 minutes walk from golden sands which have the Euro blue flag for quality and cleanliness. Large balcony overlooking the large pool with views of the mountains and river close by.

Large living room with separate dining area, 3 seater sofa, easy chair, tv with UK channels, DVD player and there are ceiling fans throughout. There is a separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing maching, oven, hob microwave etc. The bathroom has bath with shower, toilet, bidet, wash basin with marble top vanity unit. Master bedroom with double bed, large fitted wardrobes with chest of drawers and ceiling fan. Large second bedroom 2 with two single beds, fitted wardrobe, drawer space and ceiling fan. This non-smoking apartment is suitable for families or couples and whether you’re here just to relax, or you’re here for a lively holiday you will not fail to find it in Guardamar. There is a large supermarket just 400 metres from our apartment.

Our light and spacious apartment is just 10 minutes walk from golden sands which have the Euro blue flag for quality and cleanliness. Only 5 minutes from Marina with restaurants and bars stretching along the harbour. You are a 10 minute walk from Guardamar centre that is overflowing with bars restaurants, tapas bars, street cafes plus a nightly market stretching along the promenade selling just about everything.

The lovely park in the town has a lake with plenty of wildlife including peacocks, ducks and other water foul. The water feature meanders around the park which is beautifully maintained and provides a lovely setting for a stroll or a picnic on a summers day.There is also a children’s play area with lots of equipment to keep the little ones occupied.

    For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one-off cleaning charge of 55 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire is also available on request.

My husband and I were delighted with our one month stay in this lovely apartment. The apartment is very well maintained and has everything you need. The pool is absolutely lovely and is cleaned regularly. It is ideally situated in a lovely quiet area but not far from the old Spanish town and the marvellous beach and really great restaurants. There is an exceptionally good supermarket not far from the apartment and the prices are very competitive. We so enjoyed our stay we are returning in September for two more weeks, and hopefully another month next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children

The property was clean very well equipped, and a good service was provided throughout. I would definitely recommend this property for rental. Very near to supermarket, just 10mins walk to town and lovely walks through pine forest. Have already recommended to friends
