If you are looking for a relaxing, but fun-filled holiday then Apartment 123 in the Clube Albufeira condominium is the perfect choice. A comfortable one-bedroomed apartment with spacious living, dining room and a terrace with a great view over green, landscaped gardens awaits you. It is quiet and private, yet within two minutes walk from a fantastic family pool with restaurant/bar. If that is not enough, the complex contains two other great pools and restaurants for your enjoyment, so you will be spoilt for choice. Ideal for couples or families, Apartment 123 offers the ideal combination of relaxation and fun activities.
The apartment is situated near to the reception area of Clube Albufeira from where you can book trips, hire cars or book a taxi. It is situated on the first floor and is not overlooked for that important sense of privacy.
Inside it contains a compact fitted kitchen, a spacious living and dining area complete with double sofa bed, woodburning fireplace and cable tv. Through french windows there is a large terrace with table and chairs for family dining. Located in a cosy alcove are bunkbeds, ideal for the children, and there is a family bathroom and double bedroom too. Overall the apartment can sleep six people and is fully equipped for six. A short two minute walk away lies a well designed pool area complete with children's pool. During the summer months there are water activities available several times a week for those who enjoy keeping fit. A lovely restaurant sits next to the bar, so it is only a brief stroll to a table for lunch or a romantic dinner.
Barbeques take place during the summer complete with live entertainment and are a great way of enjoying a beautiful summer evening. Two further pools are available to residents of Clube Albufeira and a new restaurant has recently opened serving more traditional Portuguese food called Casa Azul, or The Blue House.
The attractive and lively town of Albufeira lies about 1 mile away and you can walk the distance in about 20 minutes if you are still feeling energetic. Otherwise, there is a free shuttle bus available twice a day, local buses run from outside the complex about every half hour and taxis are reasonable at about 5 Euros per trip. For those wishing to participate in sporting activities there is a tennis court available for use in the neighbouring campsite and a range of golf courses nearby. Fisherman's beach in Albufeira is about 1.5 miles away, but there are some wonderful beaches within easy reach, for example Sao Raphael or Gale.
The colourful Marina is also worth a look.
I am an English teacher and my husband a chef and we now live in the north east of England, however we have spent two years living in Portugal with our children as my husband is Portuguese. We love the Algarve and this area in particular as it has so much to offer and enjoy all our holiday in the apartment.

We chose this property as it offered us the space we needed within a beautiful complex and yet whilst maintaining some privacy. We have not regretted making the purchase.
We are in a convenient location and yet not overlooked or with any noisy neighbours. We have extra sleeping space with the built in bunk-beds and a sunny veranda to enjoy a quiet glass of wine or laze around with a good book. Outside there are a choice of pools and restaurants without even having to leave the complex. However if you do get bored it is just an easy hop into Albufeira. We especially like the old town!
Local activities include a wide variety of watersports, golf, tennis and horseriding in the nearby area. Boat trips, sailing and fishing available for the Marina in Albufeira, just ask in reception for details and prices. A number of water parks are in the ares such as Aquashow and Slide and Splash. Zoomarine is also a very popular attraction, especially for families.
There are numerous reataurants and bars, some with live music in the town of Albufeira and, for those more lively guests, there are a variety of discos too.

While we are open to enquiries for short breaks we prefer bookings of 3 nights or more. We can be flexible on changeover days, although prefer Saturdays The apartment is available from 5pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 12 noon on the last day. The maid will clean once a week and change linen etc. She will usually arrive in the afternoon.
£100 is payable as a deposit to reserve the booking with the remaining balance due one month before the holiday begins.
