This Luxury three bed villa boasts panoramic views of the Cyprus coastline, has private parking, private garden with luxury barbeque and private pool. In addition the owners have installed an 8m by 3m artificial putting green with three holes for your enjoyment. (Putter and Balls supplied). The property enjoys a quiet situation in a small cul-de-sac, with open views on each side to the Sea, Coastline and Mountains. The development is ideally situated to enjoy golf and the accompanying facilities, local village life and the exploration of Paphos, Limassol and surrounding Troodos mountains.

The spacious open plan Lounge/Dining area features top quality leather sofas with ample seating for 6-8, Large T.V. with Satellite, surround sound and DVD/C.D. player. The dining area has a lovely circular glass topped table with built in lazy suzan and six high backed leather chairs. Two air conditioning units cope with the hottest of Cyprus summers and remote controlled ceiling fans provide a cooling breeze on demand. The fully equipped kitchen is modern with fitted units, granite work surfaces and stainless steel appliances that include large Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine and Dishwasher. All bedrooms feature comfortable 3 foot wide single beds which can be made in to Super King-Sized beds to suit your requirements, ceiling fans and air conditioning units and ample fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom features a luxurious en-suite with a large shower cubicle, a safe, and a balcony with a table and two chairs to enjoy the stunning views.

Bedroom two also has a balcony with the same superb sea view. Bedroom three has a balcony with lovely views to the mountains. The Luxury bathroom features glass shelves and shower screen and modern top quality fittings throughout. The en-suite off the master bedroom features a very large shower cubicle with sliding doors. Downstairs there is a well appointed cloak room.

The brand new fully landscaped garden features palms, trees and shrubs and a superb 8m by 3m meter putting green. Hone your putting skills before you go for that round of golf. The 8m by 4m pool has Roman Steps and a separate outside shower area for that extra touch of luxury and is screened from the drive and immediate neighbours by attractive fencing so you can enjoy your stay in private. A large barbeque is situated just off the patio for those long warm alfresco evenings. Garden and pool lights are also fitted. For your comfort and relaxation there are 6 sun loungers and a large outdoor table and 6 chairs for dining alfresco at all times of day.

Secret Valley, is a golf course situated in an amazing setting located by the renowned area of 'Petra tou Romiou', the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. In terms of sheer playability and enjoyment Secret Valley really is a must for golfing enthusiasts worldwide. The development is conveniently situated for visits to the islands other golf courses including Aphrodite Hills which is but 2 km away, the newly refurbished Minthi Hills (30 mins drive) and the nee Faldo designed course which is just 5km away. The popular villages of Pissouri and Kouklia are but a few minutes drive and the main towns of Paphos and Limassol can be reached in under half an hour. Local (not busy) Beaches can easily be reached at ‘Petra Tou Romiou’, Pissouri & Avdimou in one direction and Coral Bay and Lara in the other.

"It lived up to our expectation, providing an excellent standard of accommodation having everything we needed. We researched the location before arrival and it suited us extremely well. Kouklia village provides some excellent restaurants with traditional hospitality, particularly Gabriel’s and Aspiri. Paphos Town is much more commercial with many restaurant owners touting for your business as you pass. Very happy with your service. The local managers of the property were very friendly, helpful and kept the property to an excellent standard.''

"As always the property was excellent; just as described on your website. Our 3rd year in Secret Valley and we find it ideal; with easy access to most places (car required). One of our favourite restaurants is Hill View in Pissouri, great for special occasions or in our case we don’t need an excuse. The food is excellent; well presented; not too expensive and has an excellent panoramic view. They also do a superb 4 course Sunday Lunch from mid September for 20 Euros. I think the fact we’ve used your company for the last 4 years speaks for itself. As I put in the guest book Rob & Helen are like Yellow Pages & The Guide to Cyprus all rolled into one. They are always available on the phone and are quick to remedy any of your concerns. They say when you find Paradise; sit back and enjoy it..''

"The property was very excellent. The location was very nice and beautiful. We have visited most of the restaurants witch was near to the villa. The most time we had barbecue by ourself. The service was very good from you as agents and the local managers. This year it was the 3rd time we visited Cyprus. We love the island in May and June. Perhaps we will visit Cyprus again, but we don´t know now. Thank you for the very nice holidays in Cyprus. The Boch family.''

"The property was lovely. It had everything we needed and was comfortable and very clean. The location was good - a car was definitely needed but we found it easy to get to many towns and villages from the villa. The views from the villa were good with a sea view to the rear and mountains to the front. Good view along the coast. We enjoyed lots of different meals out - Zimmis in Aphrodite Hills had good food in a nice location; the fish restaurant at Mandria was very good value for money and served enormous portions which were fresh and well-cooked - the restaurant was very busy each time we were there. Would recommend the mosaics at Paphos, the Tombs of the Kings, and the ancient site at Kourion - entrance fees were very good value for money. Enjoyed a trip into the Troodos mountains - lovely scenery , and also a drive over to the port at Latchi - very scenic and a lots of restaurants overlooking the port. It was very easy to book and very quick feedback. Rob and Helen were very helpful and friendly. Gave us lots of information and advice. A very good service all round.''
