The apartments are in the centre of the city. 600m to the beach and to 150m of the maritime walk. That is where one finds the principal zone of leisure of the city. The apartments are new and totally furnished and equipped.

Nice little apartment, very central.

We stayed here for 9 nights in the attico on 4 Floor A. It has a lift.
The booking process was simple as Ana - the owner's written English is very good.
We were met at the apartment by her husband who showed us where everything was located.
The apartment was clean and the bathroom was quite new, the shower was not a power shower but it had a good flow of water.
The website description is accurate.
The location is what makes this an ideal place. You could walk everywhere.
The closest area for eating is only a 1 minute stroll away it is the plaza with the beautiful post office Correos building in and we tried most of the restaurants.
Some are a little more expensive than if you venture further a little further (only 5 minutes stroll) to Calle San Francisco or Calle Castana.
I am not a beach goer but you could easily walk to the beach it would only take 10 minutes at the most.
Supermarkets are nearby El Corte Ingles (5 minutes walk) Mercadona the same.
Overall nice apartment and very central.

We stayed in the atico apartment in early september, there was 6 of us we found it very spacious, great location, the balcony was very big and the apartment very well equipped with ammenitys. We would definately use this apartment again in the future.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Good central location

"My wife and I had a very nice two week stay in February in the "Aparatmentos Plaza". The rooms were clean and comfortable with adequate heating. The chief virtue is the central location close to shops, internet cafe, and, of course, the waterfront.

The improvements we would recommend would be to provide a little more hot water for the shower, and to equip the kitchen with a better range of cooking utensils. Despite these observations, we definitely hope to return next year at about the same time for two or three weeks."
