Cozy home from home in a fantastic location

  • 5 of 5

This was our first visit to the area and we loved it. "Golf View" was so warm and cozy for our New Year break and had everything we could have needed, plus a lot of extras, and the cakes, chocolates and bottle of bubbly to help bring in the New Year that Mandy left for us were a lovely touch. The cottage is clean and comfortable with lots of extra homely touches and a good selection of books and DVDs. Lovely views from the front and the sea, river and walks are just a few steps away. There is a popular pub and a cafe very close by too. We really liked Felixstowe town as well, it is full of character and has a good selection of shops, restaurants and cafes.

excellent retreat

  • 5 of 5

I am so pleased that I found this place !! The property was everything i wanted it to be. It was spotlessly clean .Mandy had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The welcome basket was well received by us all, and a lovely touch, we will be back for a return visit soon. I would recommend this to family and friends. My husband and son were thrilled to play on the very nearby golf course , Mandy even provided beautiful weather for our long walks.

  • 5 of 5

It was our first time at golf view cottage and we will definately be returning. The cottage is stunning and in such a peaceful and and beautiful location. The cottage was so clean and the beds very comfy. We all had such a lovely time, the only downfall was that we were not there longer.

wonderful stay- Harriet and Gareth

  • 5 of 5

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the cottage for a weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life and we had a lovely weekend, the cottage is so quiet, even with the road down the side of the cottage, you never hear the cars going up and down. The surroundings are beautiful, the beach right behind the cottage, golf course in front and beautiful walks all around! We would both love to stay again for longer in the summer, the help we had from mandy was wonderful, such a lovely, kind hearted lady! i would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a peaceful time away!

Thank you so much Mandy!

Harriet and Gareth x
