We bought this Villa with a view to spending some time in the Winter sunshine...indeed it is far warmer here.
It is by far a healthier place to reside as the nearby salt lakes release natural minerals into the air that is supposed to suppress arthritic symptoms.....

We chose this lovely Villa for it's location in respect of the area being warmer in the Winter than in any other Costa Resorts and the close proximity to the Beautiful Beaches and having the benefits of being right next o the swimming pool. What more could we want! The local area is friendly and has everything to offer benefitting young and old.....there are some beautiful walks and good restaurants.
La Mata has by far the best beaches and awarded the Blue flag year after year making it the most desirable... Torrevieja is very close and provides a different aspect as it demonstrates a more colourful atmosphere with a forever changing scene.
The Villa has all the facilities you would not expect in a Holiday Home thus making it a 'Home Away From Home'
Only a few minutes walk to the new Beautiful Aromatic Park..
There are six golf courses within easy reach only a 10 mins. drive. Bookings can be arranged through our Agent. A 5 minutes. drive along the coast will take you to the town of Torrevieja, once a fishing village now a thriving seaside town with the best Yacht Marina in the Costa Blanca, the harbour also houses an ex-Spanish Submarine for tourists. A good bus service is nearby - only 1.10p to Torrevieja where a craft market is open every day 10 am - 10 pm along the promenade, next to that is a funfair. Torrevieja hosts one of the largest markets in Europe every Friday. Also along the promenade there are a wide variety of Restaurants where you can dine Al Fresco and cool off with a drink. Shops and bars are nearby as are the friendly Tapas bars where you can meet the locals and feel part of the Spanish community.
An abundence of Night Clubs are there should you wish to venture out late. The Aqua Park and an Olympic Size Swimming Pool are a short drive...A Shopping Mall is only a 5 minute drive from the property.
Just opened is Costa Blanca's largest shopping Mall providing Designer Shops and the huge Primark Store...
