A great place to relax and enjoy the Sun and Sea, in this newly built 4th floor apartment, which is ideal for couples and families. There are fantastic views from the large balcony area, which faces the communal pool, and excellently maintained gardens, which although are shared are closed to the general public. The apartment is tastefully appointed with a contemporary style and highly equipped. The area is very peaceful and will not suit lovers of Ibiza style holidays, but there are plenty of bars and some excellent restaurant very close by. The famous Blue Flag beach of La Mata is only a few minutes walk away. There is lots to see and do in this very lively and cultural part of Spain.

Useful info: Torremar VI swimming pool is officially opened from the 15 June to the 15 September which is under the responsibility of a lifeguard company.

Opening hours: 10am to 3pm and 4pm to 9pm. Outside the official lifeguard protection dates as shown above, proprietors who wish to use the pool do so at their own risk. They may obtain and pay for a pool access key from Les Bedford, President Flat Bajo A (Torremar VI) Where they will sign a responsibility disclaimer document accepting the use of the pool at their own risk, leaving the Main Community non-responsible.

Other services such as welcome packs can be organised upon request.

We do allow smoking at our apartment - but only on the balcony please.

Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach/swimming towels.

More useful info: A £50 per week non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.

Keys will be given and collected from you by our representative at the apartment. A 200 Euro Key Deposit is required on arrival, which is refundable on departure. Clients must replace any damaged or broken goods.

Late bookings are accepted. As per EU law, it is recommended that holiday makers take out full travel insurance; this is advisable especially against flight cancellations, theft, accidents etc.

2nd trip to this property

I am just back from 2 fantastic weeks in Asif's apartment. The weather was great, the apartment was perfect. I was there with my wife, but there is certainly room enough for 4 or 5 adults. The apartment is a "traditional" spanish holiday apartment, 2 bedrooms, tiled floors throughout, satellite tv, small but well equipped kitchen (inc washing machine) with a very large balcony. The balcony only has sun until about 1pm, but I was sunbathing on it most mornings from 8.30! The apartment is situated in a block, which is in a complex of 7 other blocks but these blocks are well spaced out & surround the pool & gardens. This means the apartment is very private. The gardens are very nice & well maintaned & the pool is about 20m long. The apartment is situated in a quiet area just outside Torrevieja, but within 10 minutes walk there are a fair few pubs & restaurants. A new 'Irish' pub has opened which has dancing. The beach is a 15 min walk, but is down a steep hill, so be prepared for a climb on the way back. Parking is available & 2 beds & a parasol cost €10 per day. Buses to Torrevieja are regular & cost €1 but I would recommend car hire. Torrevieja itself is a very different resort. It is very much a town rather than a 'Benidorm' type of holiday resort, but it has loads of pubs & restaurants. If you like seafood you will love it. There is a lively market every night at the seafront & nice promenade walks. You must also visit the 'museo de mar y sal' in the harbour which comprises at the moment of a submarine & coastguard boat. Entry is free & you are given guided tours of both vessels. This attraction is to further expand in the future. We made many trips in the last 2 years, but I would recommend a trip to Cartagena & La Manga is worth a visit too. Overall we loved it & if you are looking holiday in a place which is not full of British pubs this is for you.

We have just returned from two weeks in Asifs apartment. Two adults and three kids aged 15,12 and 9. The apartment was lovely and clean and large enough for the five of us. The apartment itself is set in beautiful grounds with a large pool, with plenty of shade. I would recommend hiring a car as the resort itself is quite hilly and the bars and restaurants are quite spaced out. Overall we were very impressed with everything and enjoyed our holiday immensely. Thanks to Asif and to Peter and Angie who saw us into the apartment.

Lovely apartment, set in wonderful grounds and only a 10 minute stroll to the southern end of the La Mata blue flag beach. This is a well equipped, clean and well run apartment in a good quality building. Only 5 minutes to the local restaurants and bars and close enough to the bus routes to allow you to get into Torrevieja if you want something with a bit more bustle.
A great little supermarket can be found about 2 minutes drive away (10 min walk) and the big Carrefour hypermarket, waterpark and Torreveija are less than 15 minutes by car.
The complex is quiet and ideally suited for families but is close enough to evertything once you have found your way around. Because of the space it would also suit those with Teenage kids

The Costa Blanca is a wonderful area to holiday in, with good sunshine most of the year, very hot Summers and very mild Winters.

There are plenty of natural and man made attractions for you to visit, from the beaches and beauty spots to the museums. Lots of outdoor activities and the perfect weather to do them in.

The wider area also includes ancient ruins from Roman times through the ages - lots of history around here.

There are lots of sporting activities from golf to horse riding, water sports etc. The waters around Torrivieja are said to have healing properties, due to the salt content and it is said to be one of the healthiest places in Europe to live and presumably to visit.

Notes:
Includes SATELLITE TV in the living room, with plenty of English channels and movies. There is also an X-Box games console, TV's and VCR's in the bedrooms. A choice of video's, games and books are also available. Please feel free to bring your favourite X-Box game, CD's or DVDs to entertain yourself with. The kitchen is well equipped, including oven and hob and plenty of cutlery, plates and glasses. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and in the living areas, thereby helping to keep you cool. Don't worry about it being on the Fourth Floor, there is lift access and a phone entry system on the main door. The balcony is very large and has the advantage of being bathed in sunshine in the morning, but as it gets really hot, is shaded in the afternoons. The best part of the outdoors, for me, were the gardens, kept so nicely and private from the public. The option of a dip in the pool or lying out under the Sun...wonderful
