Villa Zephyrus is within a private community of residential properties located in an upmarket side of Chlorakas near the beach & sea. Villa Zephyrus is only a minute’s walk (100m) from the Sea and coastline, and some beautiful coves for swimming and snorkelling. The property extends to around 250 square metres, features private driveway with gates, 3 distinct sun terraces at alternate sides of the house, a privately enclosed roof terrace with great views to the Mediterranean, large living areas, contemporary kitchen, individually designed hand crafted furniture throughout, high ceilings for coolness and full use of the unusually large infinity pool (on the sea’s edge) which is shared by the small number of residents in this very protected environment.

The villa is accessed from the front by private driveway with gates double doors leading into the main living areas of the house. To the right hand side of the reception/hallway, there is the spacious lounge area with corner sofa as its centre-piece. Also included is a 40' Smart TV (with British and International Channels) and DVD player. A separate open plan seating area hosts a homely looking wood burning stove for those cooler winter evenings and adds to the modern yet traditional feel achieved by the smartly designed interior. The dining area features a solid handcrafted table and 6 chairs for dining and entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with Oven, Gas Hob and Extractor Hood in stainless steel, microwave, washing machine, tall fridge freezer and all necessary cutlery, utensils and crockery. To the left of the entrance hallway, is the guest cloakroom then on to the 2 bedrooms and family bathroom.

Both bedrooms have air-con units, patio doors, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans for keeping cool in the summer. The Family bathroom has Bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin and vanity units enclosing.

Outside, there are 2 large sun terraces to the front. 1 is accessed from the main living area and one from the master bedroom. The former has a remote controlled awning for shade as desired. The third sun terrace is at the rear of the villa and can be accessed from the kitchen, bedroom 2 and the main reception hallway. A stone staircase to the front leads up to the 2m x 2m privately enclosed roof terrace,which enjoys magnificent sea views in most directions. This is an ideal place for sun worshippers and those who desire peace, quiet and blissful relaxation. A very short walk from the private access to the rear of the property is the unusually large, crystal clear (shared) swimming pool with infinity edges appearing to overflow into the adjacent Mediterranean Sea.

The villa is Air Conditioned/Heated throughout with Fly Screens and Shutters to all windows. A burglar alarm and other security measures have been put in place for your peace of mind.

We had a good stay at Villa Zephyrus; it is in a good location and very well equipped shame the weather was not typical for the first week of May. I have responded to your request for feedback below, sorry in not replying sooner but this week has been a bit hectic.Thanks again for your promptness in handling all of the booking stages.



The villa was Very spacious for 2 lovely choice of sitting areas to take advantage of Sun or avoid it as you wish. Well equipped to allow extensive self catering if required. Very good location in a peaceful development but close to all amenities. A hire car is recommended so that other areas of the Paphos region can be explored. Y&P hotel and restaurant in Latchi (Polis) excellant for fresh fish lunch. Very satisfied with the promptness of response to all aspects of the booking. Very happy to use service provided again. Excellant contact with local managers who were very happy to help with any issues.''

The village of Chloraka is one of the biggest villages in the area, and ideally situated between Paphos and Coral Bay. It is spread over a large area and 2 distinct sides. The upper part is where many traditional & modern shops, restaurants, bars and amenities are located, the lower part (where Villa Zephyrus is located) is much more residential, peaceful & serene with the beach & Sea close by & many large luxurious properties scattered throughout. The local Hotel (Akti) (800m) provides a restaurant, mini-market and a bar with Sky TV. The newly improved Bar Dimma (250m) is great for meals, snacks and drinks which has both indoor and outdoor seating, a swimming pool and Sky TV also. There are at least 2 other restaurants you can walk to. A newly laid coastal path allows pleasant walking in either direction towards Paphos harbour to the East and Coral Bay to the West. There are many hotel bars and cafes along the way.

A marooned shipwreck provides an interesting landmark in the area & when walking along the beach at dusk, the sun can sometimes set directly behind the shipwreck creating a very dramatic scene which would not be out of place in a Hollywood movie.
