Delightful studio apartment suitable for all seasons self catering rental.

Marbella is well known for its excellent climate and beautiful unspoilt old town, typically Andalucian with churches, small streets, boutique shops, open air restaurants.

The apartment building has delightful private gardens and two large swimming pools. The garden gate opens

directly onto the sea front promenade which goes all the way to Puerto Banus approx. 5 miles away. The beaches in front of Skol have sun beds and freshwater showers and beach front restaurants serve fresh BBQ fish at reasonable prices.

There are also boats which leave the Marbella yacht harbour for Puerto Banus.

The Marbella bus station has regular bus departures to towns both up and down the coast as well as inland.

There is a tourist office by the sea front next to Skol.

The excellent new Hospital Costa del Sol is approx. 4 miles away and many improvements have been undertaken which make Marbella an affordable safe destination.

Central Marbella within walking distance to all amenities. Direct access to the beach, private gardens and swimming pools. Excellent public transport, many restaurants, nearby cinema and designer boutiques as well as excellent markets. Puerto Banus within a 5 miles walk along the beach front paseo.

Parking in the adjacent streets as well as underground parking for a small fee. Several nearby supermarkets, delicatessens and a taxi rank in an adjacent street and car hire firms.

Easy access to the hill pueblo blancos and unspoilt countryside and many famous golf courses nearby. Public tennis courts, water sports, sailing and a ferry from the Marbella yacht marina takes you to Puerto Banus.

The old town and famous Orange Square has many outdoor restaurants and the streets are clean and well policed. The streets have many beautiful flowering trees and many are lined with flowering shrubs.

Excursions to the larger towns are easily arranged and within a day trip.
