Holmes Place is a quiet collection of fourteen apartments located in the village of Peyia This contemporary styled apartment is in a great position in a quiet corner, near the swimming pool on the ground floor, and also has its very own garden and private pool.

The apartment itself enjoys a spacious lounge area with leather sofas and Silver TV (with Satellite), a breakfast bar area next to modern kitchen with beech units, black granite work surfaces and stainless steel appliances, modern bathroom and 2 double sized bedrooms. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and glass blocks as features, the master having a king-sized bed and the other which opens out on to the terrace being a double.

This apartment is on the ground floor with a terrace overlooking the communal gardens and pool from the front and an enclosed private garden to the side. The private garden has been carefully planned with mature plants and landscaping and enjoys panoramic views of the Peyia hillside. There is plenty room for sun loungers and tables and chairs for alfresco dining (there's also a gas bbq!).

The centrepiece of the garden is a lovely 5m x 3m private swimming pool with adjacent pool shower which itself has been beautifully enclosed with a stone cubicle. The apartment is close to the large 12m x 6m commual pool with has good space for sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone to enjoy. There is a small splash-pool for children too.

The development is set on the hillside within the picturesque village of Peyia with the heart of the village only a 10 minute walk away. Full of atmosphere, Peyia offers several coffee shops, supermarkets and a variety of quaint taverns for all tastes. Peyia provides residents with a warm welcome and a real taste of Cyprus while being only a mile from the blue flag beach resort of Coral Bay, which boasts the best beaches in this unspoilt corner of the country. The complex is easy walking distance (330-600m) from several shops and supermarkets, a bakery, a fitness centre, restaurants and a bar.

Things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, Reptile Park, Horse Riding, Akamas Nature Reserve & Lara Beach, Hiking/Walking, Buggy Safaris, 4 x 4 Safaris, Sea Caves area, Sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings.

''The property was brilliant, everything you needed, very clean. Pool was fabulous and the gardens were lovely. Location was really central to everything. Didn't have to drive miles and miles to get to the property from the airport which was a bonus. The directions were brilliant, apart from the last part, when we had trouble finidng Tower Fitness in the dark, the reason being that the fitness centre isn't lit up at night! Would recommend changing the directions to look out for "Presto Kiosks". Lots of restaurants and shops, etc, close by, but not close enough to affect the peacefulness of the villa. We went on the Lazy Day Cruise which left from Paphos Harbour. We took the all inclusive offer of 42 euro per person which included buffet lunch and all drinks. Had a fabulous time, really enjoyed the trip and would definitely recommend it. We also went to the Water Park, which was fab, althought it was very expensive and you weren't allowed to take in your own food and drink which bumped up the prices somewhat. I found yourselves very easy to deal with, answered all my questions and queries very promptly. Locally, Hannah was brilliant, we were lost and she managed to direct us to the villa with ease and patience, considering it was late at night. There were a few repairs which needed to be made on our first full day at the villa, which were carried out quiickly and without any hassles whatsoever. Fabulous service. I would definitely return to Vince Villa, it was brilliant and would definitely recommend the property to others thinking about taking a holiday in Cyprus.''

''Very pleased with the apartment, spotlessly clean and exactly as the photographs. The location was Ideal, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac so no traffic noise and 5 minutes by car to services. Restaurants - Imogens and Petradaki in Kathikas - cypriot dishes not expensive and good surroundings. Bars - Neos - walking distance from the Villa and roof terrace to watch the sunset. Shops - Phillipos supermarkets. Beaches - Coral Bay
Sightseeing - Latchi & Polis. Thanks for a great faultless service.''

'We had no complaints about the property at all, very good value for money. We have been having villa holidays for about 6yrs now and have never experienced a bad one yet, but we always book through a repuable company like yourselves. Loved the location, (very peaceful) having stayed in Peyia a few years ago a lot further up the hill, we much preferred this one. We had a wonderful Meze at Peyia Tavern in the village, but we hadn't booked, I would advise booking. We did have a meal at Paphos harbour but found it very expensive, maybe because of all the tourists. We drove to Lara Beach, but spent most of our days around the villa pool. We have been very satisfied with your service, Steve was a great help with all my emails! (sorry). Thanks again for a wonderful holiday."

I would highly recommend this Villa which is an ideal home from home. The pool and garden area are excellent and look just as the pictures on the internet. The area of Peyia is very quite and relaxed but has all the facilities needed and Coral Bay is only a few minutes away by car. The service from the Villa rental company from first booking through to the meet and greet was 1st Class. Even though our flight was delayed by four hours they were there waiting for us to arrive at the apartment.
The apartment is well laid out and the bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable having a memory foam mattress.
Because the garden and Villa were so nice we ate in most evenings but we would highly recommend Peyia Tavern which has excellent food at a good price and also the last Castle if you want beautiful views and good rustic food.

Overall a very good holiday and we will hopefully be returning soon.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Fantastic peaceful apartment

We loved this apartment. The description is pefect and it is a haven to stay in. We never got to use the pool (its not heated) even though it was 30 (in the 2nd week of October) but I could imagine you would in the height of summer. Wasn't much choice on the tv, sky would be great and so would a dishwasher but thats because we went there to chill out - could not fault it though. The area was very nice, supermarket nearby, fabulous bakers and a few nice restaurants - we would go again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
