About this property

Inny Glade. Quiet, spacious streamside bungalow. North Cornwall.

A retreat for couples or families, on the edge of Bodmin moor, close to Tintagel, Boscastle, Bude coastal area and beaches in an area of out standing natural beauty. Visit Padstow (Rick Stein fame), Port Issacs (where T.V's Doc Martin is filmed) and the mystical world of King Arthur at Tintagel.
Enjoying a streamside position, now with a fence, Inny Glade is a detached, contemporary bungalow in quiet peaceful grounds. This is a relaxing base to explore Cornwall and Devon, or go to the beach, for surf, sand and spectacular scenery.

The bungalow has an open plan lounge and kitchen with dining for up to 5 people. There are comfortable lounge seating and coffee table to give a cottage feel. A LCD TV (with freeview), sits side by side with the DVD player. Free WiFi. From the kitchen, the private patio is perfect for outdoor breakfasts, and equally suited for relaxed evening meals, enjoyed with a glass of wine, listening to the River Inny flowing past and fields beyond. The 3 bedrooms (double, twin and single) give a great combination choice for all families- from 2 to 5 people. All the bedrooms are carpeted, and stylishly decorated. The twin and single bedrooms look on to the patio, stream and fields.

Inny Vale is a small, gated private holiday complex which stretches along the upper reaches of the River Inny. All properties are detached with lawns and gardens in front, and a private patio at the back with fields beyond. Within the grounds is a tennis court which is free to all the guests (bring your own equipment) and each property has its own designated parking space. (Please note this is a quiet holiday , there is no pub or club house)
Inny Glade has its patio next to the river side, and now we have erected a fence, so you can enjoy the quiet riverside and relax knowing that the children are safe.

Cozy Retreat with a Hint of Nature - A Charming Holiday Cottage
My recent stay at this holiday cottage was a delightful experience, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and scenic beauty. Nestled in the heart of nature, the setting was idyllic, providing a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage felt like a home away from home. The interior decor was tasteful and created a warm, inviting ambiance. The comfortable furniture and thoughtful amenities ensured a comfortable stay throughout. The highlight of the cottage was its surroundings – a picturesque setting with a charming patio area for peaceful moments The serene views of the countryside and the stream made this place peaceful. However, I must mention that while the overall impression was positive, I couldn't help but notice that some areas of the cottage needed slightly better cleanliness. The bathroom tiles around the shower and screen could be better maintained and a few cobwebs lingered in corners, hinting at the need for more thorough cleaning. Despite this minor issue, the cottage's comfort and location provided a pleasant stay. For travelers seeking a peaceful escape with lots to do within a few miles this holiday cottage is an excellent choice. With a bit of improvement in the cleanliness department, it would be a five-star rating which I would definitely return to.

Convenient and peaceful
Whole family stayed for 5 nights. All amenities useful when 3 kids! Washing machine etc. bedrooms comfortable and lounge kitchen nice. In bedrooms may want travel blackout blinds if kids in bed before sun down or don’t want the light in the morning nice and early! Small Terrace out back by river. Stuart comms really good and we were allowed to check in earlier as no one there night before which was appreciated. We visited loads of places from here. Tintagel, Bude, Boscastle, Launceston etc The most local was surprisingly well equipped with the military museum nearby. Buy some 36 month matured local Davidstow cheddar btw. Very nice! Would stay here again.
