Although in the centre of things, the apartment is tucked away in a quiet street, ensuring long lazy lie-ins and no disturbance from the early morning/late evening sounds of inner city living.
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor, access is via stairs or there is a lift, as the building is old and characterful, the lift does not take you to the door, there is a small flight of stairs to be climbed.
Accommodation comprises of entrance hall, lounge/diner with 2 leather sofas, one a sofa bed, 42' plasma screen TV, free to view satellite channels, DVD and ipod docking station. Fitted oak kitchen with black granite worktops equipped with everything you would have in your own home. Two fully tiled bathrooms, the house bathroom features bath with shower over.
The master suite comprises of a king size bed, ample storage and a double shower cubicle, the second bedroom features bunk beds.
The apartment is ideally situated just off the famous street of Micklegate, within the Walls of the Historic City of York.
Minutes away from all the amenities and attractions of the ancient City of York. On your doorstep you will find Indian, Thai and Italian restaurants, as well as a fish and chip shop and a handful of pubs, yet we're tucked away in a quiet residential area, no late night or early morning noise, ensuring long lazy lie-ins.
Both rail and coach links are well within easy walking distance. Secure off street private parking for one car available on site. Two bedrooms, master with en-suite and uninterrupted views of the Bar Walls of York.
