Luxury spacious cottage for 2 in Erpingham village 4 mls from the sea at CROMER

Situated close to the heart of the village, just 4 miles from the sea at Cromer & a short drive to the famous Norfolk Broads & Norwich, this welcoming SPACIOUS character cottage has the added luxury of a CONSERVATORY overlooking the private garden.

The cottage is centrally heated throughout and has a woodburning stove in the light airy living room. The conservatory overlooking the south facing garden leads off the dining area. The seating area in the double bedroom makes this a roomy place to relax.
