Villa with private pool, beautiful garden and great countryside view

We are a family of 6 and have just spent 2 weeks at this villa and cannot praise it enough. It has recently ungone a major refurbishment and is unrecognisable from the original villa we stayed in 3 years ago. The layout, facilities and furnishings are superb and even without air conditioning, the temperature inside the villa stays pleasant, despite scorching heat outside, thanks to the owners investing in adequate insulation in the roof and walls. The lounge also has double aspect doors so air can circulate freely throughout. There are large floor fans in each bedroom which can be used if required.

The gardens and pool area are superb, with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as natural shade provided by the trees/shrubs. The owners are very friendly and discreet and are on hand if any problems arise, living nearby in Albufeira. The property has electric gates access. There are two sets of tables and chairs outside, one set at the front of the property overlooking the pool and the other set down the side of the property overlooking the wonderful countryside. Great for breakfast/lunch/dinner alfresco!

Kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could possibly need. We tended to alternate eating in or dining out and the villa is only a 10-15 minutes drive from the fabulous Algarve Shopping complex which has a massive Continente supermarket and 2 floors of shops and cinema complex and an eating area housing well known fast food outlets as well as more traditional eateries.

The location is fabulous, it is so quiet and secluded, away from the hussle and bussle of Albufeira, although only 5 minutes drive away from the town, beaches and restaurants if wanted.

The whole villa/gardens are on one level so I would highly recommend it for anybody with mobility difficulties.

Very well received by the owner Mr. Vitalino and the manager Mr. David with a welcome pack (bread, ham, beverages, fruits, etc.).
The villa is well maintained (by the owners) and well equipped, both indoors and outdoors (barbecue, sunbeds, umbrellas), it's very quiet, enjoy nature with a nice pool.
The owners are very friendly and discreet and do everything to stay as pleasant as possible. If you need anything, they are immediately on hand, they are living in Albufeira, a few kilometers from the villa.
A car is definitely needed to reach the villa and the area to explore.
There are many restaurants and supermarkets within a few kilometers from the villa.
We had a wonderful holiday. In short, we want to return.
