This condo has air conditioning upstairs and downstairs - only a few 2-bedroom units here have AC. This is also the only condo resort in Poipu on a sandy beach! Other condos are on a rocky shoreline or a long walk or drive to the beach. This beautiful and spacious 2-level garden view condo was completely renovated recently. New tile flooring throughout, kitchen and bathrooms with stone counters, furniture, window treatments, bedding, etc. Kiahuna Plantation is a 35 acre resort located on Kauai's world famous Poipu Beach. Kiahuna's sensational gardens, lawns and tropical atmosphere make it an irresistible vacation destination! The sunny south shore offers a perfect holiday all year long. The east shore (Kapaa) is windy and the north shore (Princeville, Hanalei) is the rainy side and there are no condo resorts directly on the sand like the Kiahuna. Spend your vacation on the sunny side of Kauai !!

Perfect beach stay

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is great and it’s very comfortable. We were grateful for the A/C. very close to the Sheraton. We ate there a couple of times and used some of their amenities too, including the luau.

Older but well stocked and great location!

We loved the resort location and gardens. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to feel at home and prepare meals from local farmers markets. Kim with management company is great to work with and responded within 2 hrs to all inquiries. The beds and pillows are very comfy. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Kauai.

We have lived in Southern California our entire lives, raising our two sons in San Diego. We love spending our vacations in Hawaii and other tropical locations. We started bringing our kids to the Kiahuna Plantation when they were young. It was such a gorgeous and easy place to vacation that we just kept going back!

Why they chose this property

This is our favorite Hawaiian island - its lush greenery and tropical vegetation is a tropical paradise! The Kiahuna is the perfect place for families, fun and relaxing without the crowds of Waikiki or Maui !!

This is a unique low-density resort with large open grassy areas, gorgeous tropical gardens and traditional Hawaiian plantation style condos - not your typical high rise hotel. With approximately 1584 square feet/147 square meters, there's plenty of room to stretch out and relax in this well-appointed condominium. Right across the street is a mini-market for stocking the fridge, as well as restaurants and shopping. This beautiful beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and surfing right out front, with on-site rentals, surf lessons and free beach chairs/loungers and towels. Just a few steps to golf and tennis as well.
