Villa Dionisio is a very comfortable 2 bedroom Villa with unoverlooked area with large private swimming pool surrounded by beautiful gardens, located in Santa Eulália. Close to Grand Real Santa Eulália Resort & Hotel Spa and within walking distance to the beaches of Santa Eulália and Oura. There is an international restaurant just beside the property and others near by. Supermakets, shops, bars, discos and the popular Oura Strip at walking distance from home, this property has good access to all facilities. The house is south facing in a peaceful area with mature gardens and relaxing area outside. There are transportation like buses and taxis at short distance from home to take you to the Old town and Albufeira Marina. Car hire is optional for holiday rental of this property.

This property is located in a peaceful area, facing south with private area for relaxing, sunbathing and swimming. Property is at one level suitable for all ages. The features of this Villa are: Inside, there are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and another with double bed, they are lovely decorated with blinds in wood, paintings in the walls, fitted wardrobes and bedroom cabinets. The bathroom has bath and overhead shower, the kitchen is fully equipped with dining area, seating for 4 persons. The lounge has comfortable sofas with Satellite TV and Dvd player for watching your favorite programs and movies. Has view and access to the outside area.

Outside, there is a covered terrace with table and chairs where you can relax and do your favorite meals on the barbecue. Be surrounded by beautiful trees all around, if you want to take a bath and stay in your total privacy, come to the large new private swimming pool with walk in roman steps (10m x 5,50m) and shower for pool beside.

Sunloungers and umbrellas are available for you for enjoying the sun of the Algarve. Just at the entrance of the property there is a safe private parking for your car. Villa Dionisio is just what you need for a relaxing and fun holiday in Albufeira.

Albufeira is popular for its beautiful sandy beaches with cliffs good for snorkelling, diving and fishing. The wheather is suitable for sunbathing almost all the year. Villa Dionisio is centraly located, car hiring is optional, beside the property there is a traditional restaurant and others near by. Supermarkets, bars, discos, shops, banks and pharmacies with walking distance, in Santa Eulália and Oura.

The closest beaches are Santa Eulália, Oura and Aveiros at walking distance with high cliffs surrounded by pine and palm trees, bars, disco and a restaurant in the beach. Hiring a bike or a moto in Areias de São João can be fun. For golf players in a few minutes you will find Balaia Golf Village. If you have a car you can drive to Sheraton Pine Cliffs. For tennis players they can walk to Club Med or Hotel Montechoro.

Relaxing Holiday - Well Recommended

Property as described, very clean and homely.
Friendly and very accommodating owners.
Great communication on booking and very helpful as regards transfers, etc.
Already knew and loved the area. Great location within easy reach of all activities, attractions, restaurants and night life if required. (But not too close as to be noisy or intrusive!)
Would definitely recommend and book again ourselves.
Only downside - Property probably a bit dated and (For the British visitor) were the weather not so good only German cable TV with 2 english speaking news channels.
Overall - Most relaxing holiday in years - Would have liked another week!

Thank you for your e-mail.

We enjoyed our holiday at Villa Dionisio very much. The location is excellent with so many facilities within walking distance and the rest of the Algarve an easy car journey away.

The property is spotlessly clean with all the appliances and equipment that one requires in a 'Home from Home'. Unfortunately, January is not a month when you can take advantage of the beautiful pool!!

The owners are charming, helpful people who did all that they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

We would not hesitate to recommend the property rental to any prospective clients.

Myself and my family would like to say what a wonderful time we had at Villa Dionisio.
The villa was great, very private for us but the owners were also really helpful and friendly, can you please say a big thankyou to them from us.
We were made very welcome. The villa was also one of the cleanest villa,s we have have ever stayed in anywhere.
Portugal was lovely and it is definately on my list for a return visit, I am hoping next year and I will be booking villa Dionisio if I do.

Our second holiday at Villa Dionísio. A villa which you can not fault. Very clean with a spotless pool. Short walk to shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Owners there if need but very discreet. Our children had a fantastic time. Look forward to returning very soon.

Villa Dionisio June 2010

We have just returned from three and a half weeks in the Villa Dionisio. The villa is exactly as represented in the web pictures and when we arrived we were met by the owners. We found the place to be absolutely spotless. The pool and patio was also spotless.
Everything was in great condition and absolutely everything worked,
all the door locks, shutters, kitchen appliacnce, etc. It is particularly well maintained by the owners. The owners live next door but were extremely discrete and helpful and at no point bothered us in any way. Cleaning of the house, linen and pool was done as arranged and was always excellent. We had a car as we were there for a long time. Personally I would recommend a car as it might be as cost effective as taxis, airport transfers, buses, etc. You can do without one though. Its 5-10 minutes to shops/restaurants and a few minutes more to the strip and all its action. Probably 30 minutes walk to Albufeira old town but beautiful and worth it. Food and drink great value in June, €50 for a good 3 course meal for 3 with wine and €1 or €2 a large beer. The only issue we found was that the bedroom near the road could be noisy as there is a lot of traffic on that road. We live in a very quiet place and are not used to having traffic noise. I think it would also be extremely warm during peak time and you may miss air conditioning. You can leave your windows open and securely lock the shutters but I think it could still be really hot. I have no doubt the owners would provide fans if needed. We always felt really safe and happy in the Villa and you could not find any faults at all with it. Overall a wonderful holiday in a wonderful location and we would have no problem recommending the accommodation.
