Optimal central location close to everything. Terrace. Modern furniture. No insight, pleasant surroundings, marvellous panoramic sea view. 1min from train/buses to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Sophia Antipolis,/airport bus. Skiresorts easily reachable; Isola 2000 & Auron.

If a rainy day would come; a big flat screen, selected books and some films to the home cinema equipment are at place.

A WONDERFUL WEEK ON ANTIBES

We stated in this lovely apartment with fabulous for a week in June. The view over Port Vauban is fabulous and the apartment equipped with all you need. It is also close to restaurants, shops and the railway station as well as being only a short walk from the old town.
Although we didn't meet Sten he was extremely good to deal and efficient over all arrangements.

SCHÖNE WOHNUNG IN SEHR ZENTRALE LAGE

Wir (2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) verbrachten 5 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung und können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Der Vermieter kann auch ein Kinderbett bereitstellen. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben und reicht für 4 Personen, eine angenehme Größe hat die Wohnung für ein Paar. Internet und die Klimaanlage funkitionieren sehr gut, eine Waschmaschine (kl. Kapazität) und Aufhängevorrichtungen sind vorhanden. Der Bahnhof ist gleich vis-a-vis, einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es 3 Gehminuten entfernt. In die Altstadt und den nächsten Stadtstrand geht man ca. 15 min. Eine Garage gibt es im Tiefgeschoß (eher abenteuerliche Einfahrt), 2 Fahrräder sind auch bei der Miete dabei, sowie ein Sonnenschirm und Strandtücher. Die Wohnung ruhig, nur ein wenig Verkehr von der Hauptstraße ist zu hören. Dafür eine tolle Aussicht (Sonnenaufgang!) auf den Hafen und das Fort von Antibes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

APARTMENT IN ANTIBES

This apartment is very convenient for buses to and from the airport. Also Antibes rail station is just across the road, though you do not hear any noise from trains. The apartment is well furnished and the balcony overlooks the marina which is just a few minutes walk away. Also easy walk to the old town where most of the restaurants, boulangeries and shops are located. Apartment has separate toilet and bathroom - good hot water supply. Comfortable bed. Sten the owner is helpful re any problems, and we liked that the apartment is within a gated community.

TOLLE AUSSICHT - ZENTRALE LAGE

Wir haben 13 Tage in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartment verbracht. Es ist ideal für 2 Personen. Schlafplätze sind zwar für 4 Personen vorhanden. Uns persönlich wäre es aber dann zu eng, zumal es ein Sofa mit zwei Plätzen gibt und zwei Balkonsessel. Auf dem Balkon kann man prima sitzen und das Treiben im Hafen beobachten. Die Morgensonne schien in den letzten Tagen schon sehr kräftig, nachmittags hat man dann einen schattigen Platz auf dem Balkon. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Bettwäsche und Handtücher von guter Qualität. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der technischen Ausstattung: Telefon, Laptop, TV mit ausländischen Programmen und Radio. Der Kontakt mit Sten war von Anfang an sehr informativ und äußerst herzlich. Auf alle Fragen antwortete er sehr schnell und umfassend. Er holte uns sogar vom Flughafen ab, weil er zufällig zur gleichen Zeit dort war. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam und freuten uns darüber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal: fußläufig 10 Minuten zur Altstadt, der Bahnhof liegt gegenüber, der Hafen ebenso. Wir werden gern wiederkommen und können das Appartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

ANTIBES APARTMENT EXCELLENT. LOCATION EXCELLENT.

My wife and I, have just spent a week at the beginning of February staying at this apartment in Antibes. If you want a compact, clean, very secure, well equipped and maintained, 1 bedroom apartment with nice lounge and kitchen you could not do better. In addition both lounge and bedroom have wonderful views over the marina, mountains and sea. The location is excellent being just seconds from the marina, minutes from most of Antibes and very central for the French Cote d Azur area. Parking facilities are excellent in a secure underground carpark. Shops, particularly for food, are excellent and just minutes away. Public transport is also very close. The owner Sten, has to be rated as one of the best - considerate, helpful and very efficient.

SCHÖNE WOHNUNG IN SEHR GUTER LAGE

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß und sehr gut eingerichtet.
Insbesondere die Lage ist einmalig - Blick über den Hafen und die Meeralpen im Hintergrund und gleichzeiitg am Rand der Altstadt. Auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist praktisch, wenn auch eng. Wunderbar waren die 2 Räder für Ausflüge nach Cannes und Nizza.
Der Vermieter hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar.
Vielen Dank für zwei wunderschöne Wochen!
