3 bedroom villa to sleep 6 with lockable pool gate

This beautiful 3 bedroom villa is located in the popular village of Nazaret, near the old capital of Teguise.

The spacious living accommodation includes living-dining room, fitted kitchen, master bedroom en-suite with two further twin bedded rooms and shower room.

Outside, the terrace has table and chairs and a bbq is available - perfect for al fresco dining.

The terrace leads to the pool area which is accessed by a lockable gate. The pool is 6m x 3m and there are very comfortable sun loungers available. The pool is solar heated and the pool area is totally private.

Nazaret is a quiet and peaceful place. However, there are bars and restaurants available in Teguise which is approximately 2km away.

Spacious country villa accommodation for 6 people in a quiet and rural village. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, gas cooker and washing machine. 1 double bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. 2 further twin bedrooms with adjacent shower room.

Free WI-FI. Satellite tv package on a 40¨ wide screen tv, including movies and sport . Comfortable leather 3 piece suite. A range of baby/toddler equipment available, at no extra cost including - cot, highchair, baby buggy, baby monitor, baby bath, steam steriliser, bottles, bibs, bowls, spoons, potty, toilet training seat etc. Totally secluded, solar heated swimming pool with sun loungers. Pool area is accessed by a fully lockable gate to prevent toddlers/children from entering the pool area unattended.

About Mr Brian Wicks

My husband Brian and I moved to Lanzarote from the beautiful Hampshire countryside in June 2004. We used to holiday ourselves in these properties and since taking them over, we have made considerable changes and refurbishments. We hope that you love Lanzarote as much as we do and we look forward to meeting you.

Located in the peaceful village of Nazaret, Villa Ann offers the perfect setting for exploring the delights Lanzarote has to offer. Nazaret is moreorless in the middle of the island, making all areas easily accessible.

Nearest beaches are Famara (great for surfing) and Costa Teguise (great for snorkelling) which are both approximately 15 mins drive.

There is a Golf Course at Costa Teguise and another at Puerto del Carmen, which is 25 mins drive.

The Water Park is 10 mins from the Villa and Go Karting is available in nearby St. Bartolome.

All of the Cesar Manrique attractions are within an easy drive of the Villa and Cesar Manrique´s house is only 5 mins from the Villa.

There are lots of exciting places to visit. Sundays see the large market at Teguise where you can purchase some lovely lace and leather goods as well as take tapas and a cold beer in one of the many bars.

Golf: There is a golf course at Costa Teguise which is approximately 15 minutes drive and there is a further golf course at Puerto Del Carmen which is approximately 25 minutes drive.

Just returned from Villa Ann yesterday after a fabulous 8 days. This villa is the best we've stayed in, Kim & Brian are great hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they were on hand to help if necessary but didn't intrude either. The welcome pack was perfect after hours of travelling, there was enough for a decent lunch and we enjoyed the wine! The villa was very clean and comfortable, it's as good if not better than it looks in the photos. Kim & Brian have put a lot of care into making it comfortable, and it shows from the nice decor and comfortable chairs/beds down to the ipod dock and clean new pillows! It was a nice bonus to have the sky tv and wifi access to keep in touch (and watch films!) when the weather at home shut the airports and we weren't sure whether we could get home.
We loved the pool area, and we could lock it up safe in the knowledge our almost 3 year old son wouldn't get in there without us, so in that respect it's perfect for families with young children. The area is nice and quiet but at the same time not far at all via car from towns & resorts if you want them. The local shop is within a couple of minutes walking distance and is very good for bread in the morning and other bits and pieces.
I would definitely recommend this villa. We had a look round the new 1 bedroom apartment too and from what we saw it's looking really nice.

Perfect holiday

When we arrived we were made to feel most welcome by hosts Brian and Kim who were always very friendly and willing to offer advice of places to visit, restaurants, bars etc.
The welcome pack was exactly as it says very welcome, especially after travelling for some time, it was 2nd to none from our previous experiences elsewhere.
The villa we found to be extremely clean and comfortable and contained all the modern conveniences, including Sky TV (very handy for the kids or if dad fancies a bit of sport before dinner). Towels for the poolside (saved us lugging those out), bbq, pool toys etc. The pool is private and we enjoyed many an hour in quiet relaxation in the sun. It is also safely lockable if there are young children staying.
The villa also has internet connection which we found very useful.
We thought the location of Villa Ann was perfect being just outside main resort and away from the hub-bub. But the resorts are easy to get to for a bit of shopping if needed either by local bus or do as we did and hire a small car, especially useful if you want to explore further afield including some of the beautifully secluded beaches that are on the island.
We have already booked for next year and can't wait to go back.

Great Villa to get away from it all!

We stayed at Villa Ann in July 2010. Both Kim and Brian were there to meet us on arrival. The villa was just what we expected. Clean with plenty of space for a family of 4 with all mod cons. The welcome pack was the best we had ever received.
The pool was the first point of call for the boys, although a little cold at first once they got use to it, it was fine. Both boys had their laptops and iphone so the internet connection was great. There was also plenty of pool toys, floats and beach towels so no need to buy any.
Sky TV was a blessing so we never missed any home comforts.
Brian and Kim were always available to give information when required and were always friendly. Their customer service was excellent.
The villa does require a car but as the island is very small you can get round it all within the hour.
I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking to get away from the hustle bustle of a resort. Its quite and peaceful the perfect get away to relax and enjoy the great weather.
