About this property

Immaculately presented 2nd floor sunny apartment near Sovereign Harbour Marina with entry-phone system, secure allocated free parking & gorgeous sea views to enjoy all year round from the comforts of your seats!

The bright, spacious living area with double patio doors, opens to the private balcony.

Direct beach access & fold away beach chairs, umbrella & picnic table provided to take down to the beach for al-fresco dining. There is also a bike rack in our parking bay to store your bikes. Fast, unlimited fibre optic broadband & wifi included in the rental.

Access to the apartment is by lift or stairs. Gas central heating throughout with individual thermostats on each radiator. Baby travel cot, changing mat & high chair available to use free of charge.

The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast table and chairs to enjoy the views while you eat. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, double fitted wardrobe and en-suite. Twin bedroom has two single beds, large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Main bathroom has a bath, wash basin and toilet.

The prestigious Sovereign Harbour Marina offers plenty of shops, cafes, cinema, large supermarket and exquisite range of international cuisine. There is no need to use your car and stress about finding parking spaces as the bus stop is just top of our road. It offers regular service to Eastbourne town centre & train station with easy connections to Brighton, Hastings, direct train to Gatwick Airport, London & Ashford International (Eurostar service to Europe) and many other attractions. Golf Courses and sailing clubs nearby.

Admiralty Court is perfect as a base for families, couples or friends seeking relaxing, walking and cycling holidays. The apartment is also ideal for short term rentals having plenty of storage and telephone is available on request.

Nearby interesting places to visit are: Seven Sisters Country Park, Beachy Head, Cow Gap Shore, Fishing Mark and Birling Gap not to be missed! Brighton and Hastings easily accessible by train or 30 minute drive. Pevensey Castle and Pevensey Bay (where William the Conqueror landed in 1066) is 5 min drive. Lovely!

A lovely apartment in a nice part of Soverign Harbour. Very peaceful and relaxing Beautiful outlook to the beach and sea. The apartment was immaculately clean. Nice bed linen and white towels. We were lucky with the weather which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

Lovely comfortable apartment with everything needed for a short or longer stay. The view of the sea from the living areas is a real bonus. Visiting in January it wasn't warm enough to sit on the small balcony but curling up warm and toasty on the sofa watching the sun rise made up for it. We didn't have much time to explore but the location is perfectly situated for trips to Eastbourne, Brighton, Hastings, South Downs etc. Just a 2 minute drive away is Sovereign Harbour, which has some good shops and restaurants and there is a great walk from there into Eastbourne along the coast, which takes about an hour. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful Apartment overlooking the sea. Secure parking for car. Easy access to the beach and local marina. Very clean, comfortable and eveything you need for your stay.
