There is plenty to do for all the family, many people rarely leave the estate and beach.

These light and airy properties are approached by their own private gated road, Ideally situated within a few minutes walk of the beach and all close to the leisure facilities. There are 27 acres of woodland, large indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, sauna, table tennis and pool. Also all weather tennis courts and play area. Maenporth is ideally situated for visiting all over Cornwall, it is 3 miles from Falmouth and the Maritime Museum and 22 miles from the Eden Project, The coastal footpath is at the end of the drive, with the Helford River and The Lizard nearby. The idyllic Cornwall South coast has a gentle and romantic atmosphere, its lush green meandering coastline with stunning beaches, 'Gulf Stream' waters and sub-tropical gardens. With its countless sheltered coves the Fal and Helford area are a superb location for fishing, boating and sailing enthusiasts.
