The gleaming new kitchen is all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It was recently remodeled with an eye towards quality and style as well as function. All appliances are full size, not the typical New York apartment size. If you don't feel like cooking, just order in from the many nearby restaurants (this is room service NYC style) or have the grocery stores deliver. The apartment is on the garden floor in the back and is exceptionally quiet, clean, safe and secure. You'll find many extra modern details such as high hat lights in all of the rooms, a security buzzer to open the front doors and quality windows and doors.
