About this property

ModShop's newest addition to our vacation rental collection in sunny Miami , FL. This luxury boutique vacation home is located on the water , 3 doors down from the open bay , with 75 foot of canal frontage , and sits on 1/3 acre of lush tropical landscaping.

Lower level open plan living space features walls of glass with water and tropical garden views. Custom made kitchen designed and manufactured by ModShop , featuring high end appliances. Indoor - outdoor living at it's best , with large sliders that open to a wrap around deck.

The upper level features 3 bedrooms. There is a large master suite (King size bed) with double shower and large modern soaking tub. The "Crew Room" is perfect for vacationers traveling kids and has 2 custom made bunk beds.

There is a second "Master" that shares a bathroom with the crew room , so perfect set up for families. This has a King size bed and opens up onto the upper sundeck , with panoramic bay views. The house is a 3 bedroom , 3 full bathroom home , we also have a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests , which has it's own full bathroom on that level.

The house is centrally located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood, 10 minutes from South Beach & the Design District , 15 minutes from MIA international airport...... This is the perfect place to get away , soak up some sun and see the sights of culturally colorful Miami !

Christmas vacation

Lovely stay in Miami over Christmas. Nicely furnished property - had everything you needed. Lovely pool out back although weather a bit chilly on some days to take full advantage. Near to supermarket and a great Italian restaurant called Ferraro’s kitchen which you could walk too. Near the waterways - very safe and friendly neighbourhood.

Fantastic getaway

It had been over a decade since we last visited Miami and we decided to pick this location to broaden our accessibility to so many of its great neighborhoods! We loved how beautiful the block was, how artsy the house felt and how communicative the hosts were. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great stay

House as listed: clean and well appointed. Check in and communications with manager was great and timely. Good house for a family or group. The pool is amazing and actually heated.

We have a business in the area and have frequented Miami for family vacations for several years. We have always wanted to own a Miami modern home on the canal so when we found this diamond in the rough we couldn't resist ! This home will be our escape from the Los Angeles madness for generations to come. We love bringing our 4 kids here to spend quality family time .....
