Great Rental

My daughter and I stayed here while in town for a tournament. We found the location to be great, the amenities included were above and beyond, and the owners had great communication!

Very Friendly & Safe

We are from out of town & my husband was having surgery so it was just me. It is a nice safe neighborhood. The hosts are very friendly, they even sent me a text to see how my husband was doing. She had a little breakfast waiting in the fridge for me & it was delicious. She was very careful about my food allergy when she made it as well. I would definitely recommend staying here & if we have to stay in Cape again it will be here.

Joyce and Jerry have lived and worked in Cape Girardeau for over 40 years. We each have small businesses, one of which is rental property. We decided to open our home to short term renters. We enjoy each guest that visits our home.

The suite is located in North Cape just minutes from both hospitals, recreational trail, conservation center, Southeast Missouri State University, downtown shopping and local mall.
