Extremely Famtsstic Locafion

I stayed for a month and am so glad I chose this spot. It’s perfect because it’s one block to the sand and about a block to St Armand’s circle. You’re right in the center of paradise and parking is extremely easy and comvenient. Before I booked, I was worried about staying here because the interior decor wasn’t my style at all, but I just made a trip to Target when I arrived. I covered the sofa, bought a cute lamp, got some new kitchen chairs, bedding, towels, shower curtain, a nice big rug and made it look super cute. When I was done, I gave it all to a friend who lives nearby. It was worth it to me because I don’t think I could have been happy with the decor, but redecorating it made it the most perfect stay because of the location. The cost of this place was much lower than neighboring properties so redecorating brought the cost up for me to what I would have paid somewhere else, but I got to literally be right in the center of everything I love about Sarasota. This place is also right on a canal and has a private dock. Loved it!

Lido Beach

The location is amazing. 1 Block to the beach and 1 block to St. Armands Circle with all the shopping and restaurants you could ask for. The property is old, could use some furniture updating and also some flowers in the pots to make it a little bit more pleasing to the eye. Overall the location sells it. I would come back again.
