Excellent place to stay

Stayed here on an impromptu family weekend and found LaSiesta to be all that the owner Stephen said it would be.

The apartment was well equipped and easy to find. Eva, the agent, had put a few basic supplies in the fridge so the beer was cold when we arrived - the weather was really hot so they went down fast. There is a mini mart across the road that has most things and the prices didn't seem too outrageous.

The pool was a fantastic temperature and after a round of golf at the nearby Los Olivos was just what the doctor ordered.

Overall the whole process of booking, the apartment itself and the surrounding countryside and towns made for a very easy and thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We will definitely be back

Fabulous holiday!

My family and I stayed in the apartment in July and we really enjoyed our holiday there. The apartment is lovely with all amenities and the terrace's direct access to the garden and pool was absolutely ideal for the children. The location was perfect and the view over the golf course and the Mijas mountains was simply superb. We will definitely stay there again! A truly lovely holiday in a lovely location and a great apartment.

Just the job!

This is the fourth time we've stayed in this apartment. It's pretty straightforward - two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom), separate shower/WC room, kitchen, living room and terrace on garden level. What we really like about it is that it's always super clean, tidy and well-kept and that it offers immediate access out into the gardens /swimming pools.

We've stayed here both on family holidays and for golfing long-weekends and the apartment suits both very well; there are loads of great golf courses nearby and it's a 10 minute drive down to the beach.

Fabulous stay!

We had two great weeks in this delightful apartment in October last year.

Everything was simply perfect. There is an underground parking and the living areas of the apartment are very nice and equipped with all modern amenities. The terrace overlooks the beautiful gardens, swimming pool and golf course.

We will definitely go back!

Very Enjoyable Holiday

I booked this property last minute for a week in August and was delighted that we did.

The apartment is very good and well equipped. The grounds and the pool were very relaxing, tidy and well maintained and the kids loved it. There is also a parking space in the underground car park which is very useful as it keeps the car cool !!!

We used the bigger supermakets in Mijas Costa as they were so much cheaper than the local ones.

The only slight drawback for me was the fact we had to drive to get to decent restaurants and bars, but not a major issue as we knew the area quite well..

There are a number of local restaurants nearby offering good meals at very reasonable prices.

In addition to golf, there are numerous other activities nearby to suit everyone: sailing, windsurfing, cycling, tennis, horse riding, jet ski, go-karting. For the children, there are Aqua parks, theme parks, zoos and safari parks. Among the attractions on the coast, there are Jeep safaris, dolphin cruises, boat trips, and day trips to Gibraltar, Ronda and Granada to name but a few

Fuengirola and Marbella are just a short drive away, with a myriad of shops, bars and restaurants, offering something for every taste. And the sea isn't far either - the closest beaches are some of the best on the coast, with some 8 miles of sandy stretches.

The apartment is well served with a cafe, restaurant, supermarket, hairdressers and a launderette across the road.
