"Base Camp" is a clean and cozy, 3 BR/2 bath house for getting away to enjoy the outdoors. Accommodates 4-6 people. Rather than a destination home, consider this an excellent base camp - your perfect springboard to nearby outdoor activities. Minutes to grocery and restaurants. Great for couples, families or a trip with your pals. Very close to all the best mountain biking and hiking trails - DuPont, Pisgah, Bent Creek and Mills River. " Base Camp" is centrally located to dining, breweries and entertainment in Brevard, Hendersonville and Asheville.

Very clean home, with fully equipped kitchen, outside deck seating and grill. TV, cable, high speed wireless internet, central A/C. Enjoy the fire pit in the evening and watch the fireflies. Large, locked storage for bikes, kayaks and outdoor gear. This home is an excellent "Base Camp" for enjoying all your outdoor activities. Centrally located to DuPont Forest, Pisgah and Bent Creek trails, and kayaking, canoeing or tubing on the French Broad River.

NOTE: Central A/C unit is enhanced with built-in dehumidifier and germicidal ultraviolet (UV) light that greatly reduces allergens, mold, bacteria and viruses from the recirculating air.

Very homey, easy to get around, lots of local services (groceries, food, gas, etc) if you have dogs a GREAT Lions Club Park nearby. Well named "Base Camp)

Clean, Quiet, Peaceful Stay

Perfect place to stay in a quiet little neighborhood. I stayed alone and felt completely safe the whole time. Check-in and out was an easy process. Will definitely be back.

Just what we needed

The name is Base Camp, and it was prefect for our base camp. We were traveling to attend a birthday celebration at a local brewery, and the place had everything we needed. We enjoyed our morning tea on the deck, the beds were comfy, there were extra blankets for the unpredictable nights, and it was well- supplied with all we needed for our stay. Will come back!
