My focus on my property besides delighting guests of course is Hygiene, Safety and Security. I am extremely detailed when it comes to safety and hygiene standards. For example we get all our Mattresses professionally sanitised every 3 months, and bathrooms disinfected regularly, in addition to constant spring cleaning. Just 1.2 Km to the Beach, (2 mins by car)
We also have a professional Butler at your service.
We have a natural River flowing through our property offering a tranquil and peaceful setting by the seaside. This is rare to have a river in Camps Bay. Thats my main reason for buying and building the Villa.
My second reason for investing in this magnificent property is the mere size. The property is built on two pieces of land making it extremely spacious, and airy. Great for groups of 8-10 people. Directions to the Hollywood Mansion
From Cape Town International Airport you will exit and land on the N2 Highway.
Stay on the N2 travelling towards Table Mountain in front of you
Follow signs indicating “CITY / STAD” The N2 has curves and twists. Stay on it
Do not Exit the N2. (You will see off ramps ) Ignore them.
You will arrive at an Intersection with The Cape Town Convention Centre and Western Hotel on your left.
Continue straight (do not turn right to Waterfront, or left to the CBD)
You will now be on Buitengracht Street. Continue straight through various Traffic light intersections whilst still on Buitengracht street. You will Pass Stand Street, Whale Street etc.
Continue straight and the road becomes steep and curvy. Cable Way will be at the Top of the Hill on your left. Continue straight into Camps Bay over the “neck” with the sea on your right hand side.
Continue for 5 kms on this winey road, Turn Left into FUlham Rd. Number 21, large white Villa.
