Happiest 40th birthday.

The team Gershwin, Brito and Violet was awesome. The owner of the property Kevin, kept in constant contact with me for 8 months. This really made me feel at ease. Gershwin and Brit thank you for going the extra mile for my birthday! The home is beautiful and well worth the stay. Lastly, thank you for my sister's birthday cake!

Highly recommended!!

The Hollywood Mansion is a very beautiful, spacious and comfortabel Villa with wonderful mountains at the back. Every evening we had a beautiful sunset. Johlene and Alicia are fantastic staff. Very friendly, helpfull and always with a smile. We really had a great stay.

I have two kids and live just outside of Cape Town. I have had the honour of meeting and serving for Mr Nelson Mandela, Her Majesty The Queen of England, John Major, Her Royal Highness the Queen of Thailand, and approx 60 other Heads of State during my Hospitality career.

Why they chose this property

My focus on my property besides delighting guests of course is Hygiene, Safety and Security. I am extremely detailed when it comes to safety and hygiene standards. For example we get all our Mattresses professionally sanitised every 3 months, and bathrooms disinfected regularly, in addition to constant spring cleaning. Just 1.2 Km to the Beach, (2 mins by car)

We also have a professional Butler at your service.

We have a natural River flowing through our property offering a tranquil and peaceful setting by the seaside. This is rare to have a river in Camps Bay. Thats my main reason for buying and building the Villa. Best of both worlds, mountain feel, and sea side feel.

My second reason for investing in this magnificent property is the mere size. The property is built on two pieces of land making it extremely spacious, and airy. Great for groups of 8-10 people. More than 1000 Square meters. So much more to say. not enough space Please see all my photos. Thanks for reading
