Ski lease is available February 1, 2023 through May 22, 2023.
Ski lease lease is a 3 month lease (3 month minimum). Dates negotiable.

This is a great house in the Gardner Mountain Area of South Lake Tahoe. Perfect for a family vacation, friend trip or ski group.

The National Forest is just down the street for hikes, mountain biking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing. Keep going and you'll enter Fallen Leaf Lake. The biking trails are so close and will take you to all of the neighboring beaches, Emerald Bay and more. Majestic pine trees surround the house.

The retreat is within close proximity to the beach, casinos, ski resorts, snow park, hiking/biking trails, horseback riding and so much more. You will love the house's location to all the Lake Tahoe fun.

The retreat is complete with three bedrooms. Included in your rental is all bedding and towels, high speed internet, smart tv's with free YouTubeTV (network channels/sports/other) or log into your own streaming service such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and more. A fully equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, cooking and dining utensils. For your enjoyment a hot tub sits among the pines. The retreat enjoys a large stone fireplace that keeps things warm and cozy. We have many games for your family to enjoy. There is also a large secluded backyard to roam and relax in.

Rental periods must be a 30 night minimum or more. Consult us for specific pricing based on your length of stay and time frame. No short term rentals allowed. Discounts may be available for stays over 30 days.

Great place for a family get-away

I can see a family with small children loving this place - the back yard is very large and treed, the perfect place for adventures. The rooms are large and the kitchen was already stocked with all the necessities I'd dragged up with me. The instructions for arrival were clear and the house was clean and neat when I arrived. It was a great help to have a check-list for departure. I joined my cousins for a lakeside dinner at the Beacon, where the food (and Manhattans) were very good, but the view was spectacular. Raley's, CVS and many other useful stores are a five-minute ride away. We spent our days at Pope Beach - also highly recommended - but there are several other options nearby as well as Fallen Leaf Lake within reasonable driving distance. The whole casino scene is also close. Expect the cabin to be as shown in the pictures and consistent with it's vintage (no dishwasher or disposal) and you won't be disappointed.

Lake Tahoe is a wonderful place to spend with family and friends. Endless fun in the Winter and Summer at the lake.

Our house is in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. With only a 1-2 miles from the beach. It's so ideally located to Heavenly Ski Resort, Sierra-at-Tahoe, Tahoe Keys, Camp Richardson, Pope Beach and Emerald Bay.

The Y area stores are very convenient to the house. Need milk? Forgot your toothbrush or blow-up floatie for the beach? Raley's is nearby or order on your Instacart app.
