Perfect for small family

Exactly as described. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Close enough to Denali park entrance. We had a blast.

Great house close to Denali

We stayed here during the Denali part of our Alaskan vacation. The location is a good alternative to staying in Denali. Healy is about 15 minutes from the entrance to the park and is more quiet without all of the tourists and hotels. We even saw a mama and baby moose while driving down the street in the neighborhood. The house itself is small but worked for our family of five. It felt like you were in a tree house. We were always out exploring so we really weren’t there much except to sleep, but it had all the comforts of home and a full kitchen if you wanted to cook. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Great cabin

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It is a bit north of Denali, but still convenient to access the park and surrounding activities. The furniture has been updated from what is shown in the listing, so it is better than advertised. Bonus: we encountered a mom & baby moose on the road just 2 minutes from the cabin.

Good stay for our family

We are a family of 4 with two teens. The Healy cabin was perfect for us. It was nice to have the loft for the teens and the bedroom for my husband and I. It was a huge bonus having the washer/dryer. The stairs up to the loft were fairly steep, so it wouldn't be good for people with mobility issues. We made our breakfasts and lunches there. The kitchen was stocked enough for that, but you might want to check out all of the kitchen supplies before making any huge meals. The location is very quiet and peaceful and it was nice to sit out on the deck. There are two other houses on the property, but we never came across the people who were staying in them. The cabin was a short drive to the closest market and only about 15 min to the park. The wi-fi was very spotty, which wasn't a big deal for us. It just wouldn't be ideal if you needed it for work. I would recommend this place to families, friends, couples.
