Our guesthouse is a 1880's barn that has been meticulously restored. The central portion of the guesthouse offers a rustic dining area, full kitchen, separate men's and women's restrooms. The loft has been converted into one spacious bedroom with a king bed and five twin beds. A double murphy bed is located downstairs in the large sunroom which boasts a breathtaking 270 degree view of the property.
Our 9 acre property encourages you to get outside and take a walk along the crystal-clear Cold Creek that's teeming with trout, or enjoy our cozy firepit with seating. Several picnic tables are on-site for casual, outdoor dining as well.
The grounds are beautiful and feature an abundance of wildlife: bald eagles, deer, heron, mink and muscrat are commonly seen.
While the setting is charming and rural, the guest house is less than 15 minutes from Cedar Point, Kalahari, Lake Erie Island Ferry Service, local wineries and downtown Sandusky.
Maximum allowable occupancy is nine, but larger groups will be considered with owners approval.
