This tastefully furnished 2 bedroom apartment is part of the Queens Gardens complex where there is a large communal outdoor pool and patio area . The living room houses 2 leather sofas and has patio doors leading to a large balcony with a table/4 chairs and 2 sunbeds. There is a sea view from the balcony and is great for people watching. The dining area is open plan to the living room. The kitchen is fully fitted with all chrome accessories including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven. There is a flat screened TV, DVD player, as well as a CD HiFi unit. and boasts a HUGE DVD and CD collection to help you wile the hours away. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and there is also a safe. The apartment is fully air conditioned, and hair driers and iron are also supplied.

Golfers - please note: A short drive will lead you to the Tsada & Secret Valley golf courses.

About Lydia Cresswell

Colin and Lydia Cresswell. We always dreamed of having a retirement place abroad, but after holidaying in Cyprus a couple of times decided we didn't want to wait - so we took the plunge. Because we are still working we can only spend limited time there at the moment - but our kids and grandkids benefit from using it too.

We wanted to be somewhere that you did not necessarily need to have a car to enjoy, and that was close enough to the beach, bars and restaurants to walk - but again not surrounded by them so much to be disturbed by their noise. This complex fits the bill, and the apartment patio is great for people watching and just watching the world go by.

What makes this apartment unique

Location, location, location! Fantastic patio which gets the sun all day long, and in the winter you can watch the sun set over the sea from it - it's beautiful.

The apartment is great and had everything we needed to make this a great holiday for us with our 10 month old daughter. The Moorings is a great place to eat - down at the harbour.

Lovely Apartment

We enjoyed 11 days in this ideally located apartment which we found to be very well furnished and clean. The apartment has everything necessary for self catering and a balcony which is great for watching the world go by and glorious sunsets.

The location couldn't be better for walking to the Harbour or Lighthouse beach and is very handy for all the bars and restaurants on the Tombs of the Kings road and the new Kings Mall shopping centre. Buses to the Harbour can be caught near by and cost 1.50 euros per journey or 5 euros for a day pass which you can use on however many journeys you want to make.

Lydia provided us with excellent directions and instructions on how to reach the apartment and gain entry before our departure which was most helpful.

I'm happy to say that we had the pleasure of meeting Lydia and Colin, who arrived in Paphos during our holiday, and they are a really lovely couple.

Perfect

This was our first time in cyprus and Queens Gardens was recommended to us as an ideal location in Paphos. It did not disappoint. Close to lots of amenities and fantastic restaurants which were very reasonably priced. The apartment is literally a stones throw away from the beach and the pool area is very well maintained. We traveled with our daughter who is not yet 2 so we very much enjoyed relaxing on the very sunny balcony during her nap time and topping up our tan.

The apartment itself was very well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. It was very clean on arrival and everything worked well including the TV. We were especially grateful for the drinking water plumbed into the kitchen tap so just kept re-filling bottles and chilling them in the very cool fridge.
The apartment was an great size for a family of 3 and could have comfortably accommodated another child in the 2nd room. We were grateful for the access to a travel cot at no extra cost too.

The owners of this property were very helpful, informative and efficient. We were sent very clear instructions on accessing the property which took some of the stress away from travelling with a toddler as we didn't have to think or worry about anything on our arrival. We just followed the instructions sent to us on booking and began enjoying our first holiday as a family. I have also had my bond returned to me within 5 days of leaving which is very efficient.

Cyprus itself was a lovely country to visit and we found everyone to be very friendly. We had such a lovely time we were sad to leave.

Great Holiday

We as a family of four stayed in this appartment ln Sep 2010 for two weeks. We had never been to Cyprus before and found it brilliant. This appartment was so well situated for all the sights to be seen, also a bus stop right ouside the door if you fancy going further afield. The complex is beautiful and no matter what time of day it is there are plenty of sunbeds to be had. Inside the appartment is lovely a real home from home, It was spotless when we arrived and there was plenty of cleaning materials to maintain this. The kitchen was very well equipt with everything you will ever need. There has been a lot of thought gone into this appartment to make your stay as comfortable as possible ( even two hairdryers girls ). We will certainly be returning to Cyprus and this appartment is top of our list. Thankyou Lydia for letting us use your beautiful appartment.

Our perfect introduction to Cyprus!

Lydia & Colin, we stayed in your apartment for 10 days in August 2010 and can only say we had a fantastic time. The apartment was thoroughly clean and tidy. It's location is brilliant for the local buses and local restaurants. The DVDs were a welcome change and if we wanted to catch up on news there were plenty of newspapers for sale in the shops opposite! As we said in our e-mail on our return, even though it was the height of the school holidays, the pool was pleasant with plenty of sunchairs to go around. We will be staying in your apartment again in the future, simply because it represents excellent value for money - we are a family of 2 adults and 2 children and it was ample for our needs. Thank you also for returning our £50 bond so quickly.

Fantastic apartment. Thanks

This is our 5th visit to this lovely apartment and we just cant wait to return. Ideally located within easy reach of all amenities. Whether you enjoy a quiet night or something more lively the location gives you the best of both!!
We stayed for a week from 21st July 2010 and the weather was fantastic.. The apartment itself was immaculate and believe me the wife has very high standards!!
Thanks again Lydia & Colin and we look forward to our summer 2011 holidays..

Located on the Tomb of the Kings Road in the very heart of the Paphos tourist area. You will be a 10 minute walk away from the beach and the beautiful Pahpos harbour. The shops, bars and restaurants are all on hand, and Paphos old town is a 20/30 minute walk - but a very quick taxi or bus ride where you will find an array of fashion and designer shops. Paphos boasts some fantastic points of interest including the Tomb of the Kings site and the mosaics which are awesome. There is a very good local bus service, so why not take a trip into Coral Bay - only 20 minutes away. The complex is situated adjacent to the brand new Kings Avenue Mall which is the biggest shopping complex on the island and boasts fabulous shops, restaurants and cinemas.
