This tastefully furnished 2 bedroom apartment is part of the Queens Gardens complex where there is a large communal outdoor pool and patio area . The living room houses 2 leather sofas and has patio doors leading to a large balcony with a table/4 chairs and 2 sunbeds. There is a sea view from the balcony and is great for people watching. The dining area is open plan to the living room. The kitchen is fully fitted with all chrome accessories including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven. There is a flat screened TV, DVD player, as well as a CD HiFi unit. and boasts a HUGE DVD and CD collection to help you wile the hours away. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and there is also a safe. The apartment is fully air conditioned, and hair driers and iron are also supplied.

Colin and Lydia Cresswell. We always dreamed of having a retirement place abroad, but after holidaying in Cyprus a couple of times decided we didn't want to wait - so we took the plunge. Because we are still working we can only spend limited time there at the moment - but our kids and grandkids benefit from using it too.

We wanted to be somewhere that you did not necessarily need to have a car to enjoy, and that was close enough to the beach, bars and restaurants to walk - but again not surrounded by them so much to be disturbed by their noise. This complex fits the bill, and the apartment patio is great for people watching and just watching the world go by.
Location, location, location! Fantastic patio which gets the sun all day long, and in the winter you can watch the sun set over the sea from it - it's beautiful.
The apartment is great and had everything we needed to make this a great holiday for us with our 10 month old daughter. The Moorings is a great place to eat - down at the harbour.
Located on the Tomb of the Kings Road in the very heart of the Paphos tourist area. You will be a 10 minute walk away from the beach and the beautiful Pahpos harbour. The shops, bars and restaurants are all on hand, and Paphos old town is a 20/30 minute walk - but a very quick taxi or bus ride where you will find an array of fashion and designer shops. Paphos boasts some fantastic points of interest including the Tomb of the Kings site and the mosaics which are awesome. There is a very good local bus service, so why not take a trip into Coral Bay - only 20 minutes away. The complex is situated adjacent to the brand new Kings Avenue Mall which is the biggest shopping complex on the island and boasts fabulous shops, restaurants and cinemas.
