Villa close to the seaside ( It's two minute walk from the beach ) and to the most famous beaches of the Tuscan coast. Villa Lydia is an oasis of quiet and relax. Both apartments are provided with all comforts.
The apartments have got a great park ( 2500 square metres ) with pines, eucalyptuses.
Each apartments has its own private fenced part of parks with barbecue, tables, chairs, where you can have lunch or relax with your friends only surrounded from the green of the pines. Ground floor has a porch ( area = 24 sqm ) the first floor apartment has a wide balcony ( area = 30 sqm ). villa Lydia has a great privacy and it is extremely peaceful. it is near to the sea and at the same time near to the center of the village. The house has been recently repainted and has been installed the central heating in all rooms. So in the cold season you can have all comforts. The bedrooms are furnished with good taste and simplicity. Style of proper furnishing to a house near to the sea. The villa is in a very cool area because it is situated in a pine forest.
We are the owners and we love our family home from generation to generation and not an agency and only with the owner you can find a great, fast and friendly assistance for all your needs.
The private showers are very usable for rinsing yourselves before you enter in the house when arrived from the beach or to refresh yourselves in the warm days of sun and you can lie down to tan you on the sunbeds from us furnished in the zone relax. Every year we will make further improvements and we will add new comfort to improve even more your stay of vacation to the Villa Lidia. We are the owners and only with us, our guests will find a friendly welcome and full willingness for all needs, for that reason our prices follow our quality and our services, if you choose our villa , you will really find everything you need !

Wonderful time in villa Lydia

We had a wonderful stay at villa Lydia together with our 3 kids and parents. We rented the whole house (= 2 apartments). It is quiet, close to the beach, has a huge garden ... just fantastic! Also Marina and her husband are very nice and always prepared to help. We will return!

Wonderful house with an amazing adventure garden

We stayed in Villa Lydia for wonderful eight days, nearly always sun, 20 degrees, 2 minutes to the sea, the best beach ever - golden sand, in April you can play ball and frisbee with your family and your dog as you are nearly alone, we loved the long walks at the beach and lonely dinners in the amazing sunsets. We also loved the great adventure garden with the high fence around (excellent for our little dog...), there is enough space and possibility for all kind of sports (table tennis, table kickers, Jogging, hide and seek - Easter eggs!- jumping on the trampolin. We really miss the wonderful bakery around the corner with its lovely paninis and cakes, we miss the best espressi we drank while sitting in armchairs on the beach...... For us it was the best holiday in Italy we ever had- without mosquitos and the terrible hot sun in summer-! Of Course we will come back in April! Thanks a lot!!!

Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation

well maintained and spacious villa in Tuscany style surounded by an extensive park-like private garden shaded by pine trees with swimming pool, garden shower, table tennis and playground for children. Located only a stone's-throw away from the beach. Each unit has its own BBQ place with tables and chairs. Covered Patio and rooms are clean and adequately furnished. In short: a great place to spend your vacation - we loved it!

This villa was my mother's house who fell in love when she saw this villa during a trip in Tuscany. Since 1970 nothing has changed everything has remained as it was. No house was built more around, only the pine trees have become giants. Once you could see the sea, now you can only hear it because it's only a hundred meters away. For this reason, the villa was named in memory of Lydia because so loved this wonderful house and this quiet place.
I hope you will understand how we love this house and we would like to passed down to you our passion for this villa full of memories we grew up here in this charming place.
