Beautiful privately owned villa on third acre with own pool (8x4 m2), located 1000 ft above sea level, with magnificent views of the Mediterranean & surrounding hills in private residential area. Facilities include: SKY satellite TV with video/ DVD, large spacious lounge/ dining room with drinks bar & feature fireplace opens onto terrace with tasteful sofas & al fresco dining. Two full bathrooms, one en-suite; Fully fitted modern kitchen/diner with oven, microwave, two fridge freezers, laundry room with ironing facilities & washing machine. Maid service & weekly towel/ linen change. The sunbathing area by the pool is ample sun beds & space for children to play safely including a swing, also a built-in barbecue. A self contained studio apartment available in conjunction with the villa. The garden boasts lots of fruit trees i.e. lemons, oranges, tangerines, grapes, etc. 1 Km from the sea. There is supermarket and array of shops and restaurants within 10 min walking distance.
Villa Mariposa is located in a very favourable position, with easy access to motorway, between Mijas mountain village and Benalmadena Pueblo (village) and Benalmadena world famous marina, cable car and waterparks for children. If you wish to experience panoramic views and surrounds from the mountains, I recommend the cable car. For your enjoyment there is beautiful stretches of sandy beaches from Benalmadena to Fuengirola; many first class golf courses nearby and restaurants to suit everyones taste and budget in beautiful surroundings. If you wish not to drive, Carvajal train station is close to our urbanisation, running regular service to Malaga airport and the city. Also a circular bus is running regularly; Many famous shops and malls close by i.e. El Corte De Engles, La Canada; Marbella and Puerto Banus 20 min drive; 1 hour drive by motorway direct to duty free Gibraltar and further to famous Cadiz where the great battle of Trafalgar took place in 1805.
