Luxury residence with breathtaking sea and mountain views

Large (925 sq ft), very comfortable 3 room apartment including: entrance hall, living room, dining room with terrace with sea view, bedroom with balcony overlooking the inner garden, separate fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, shower room, separate toilets. The apartment has several closets and cabinets, a safe, television and Internet.

Sleeping facilities are provided for 4 people with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with a double sink, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridgefreezer.

The apartment is completely air-conditioned: heating in the winter, air-conditioning in the summer (from June 16th until September 15th). The thermostats are placed in the living, the dining room and the bedroom.

The apartment comes with a parking space in the closed garage of the residence.

The apartment has been fully renovated in 2011.

  • The stated prices are for stays of 7 nights Saturday to Saturday. For rentals of 2, 3 or 4 weeks, a discount on the total price of 15, 20 and 25 percent respectively applies. For longer stays, inquire.
    Booking is guaranteed by a deposit of 30 percent of the rent, to be paid via bank transfer or PayPal.
    The balance is due no later than the date of entry.
    The security deposit is 600 Euro (additional to the rental rate) and has to be deposited at the latest on the day of arrival.

    The visitor tax of the city of Menton (0.90 Euro per day per person except children under 13 years old) is included in the price.
  • Stay duration: minimum 1 week, maximum 3 months.
    Arrival and departure is on Saturday (arrival after 4 pm, departure before 10 am). Other times by special arrangement with owner.
  • Sheets and bath and kitchen towels are provided for the duration of the stay.
    Price includes maid service and the changing of the sheets and linen once a week. Possibility of extra cleaning on request: 28 euros per hour.

    The apartment has to be left clean on departure.
    Please bring your own beach towels: the towels must not be used outside of the apartment.

    No smoking is allowed in the premises, including the terrace and the balcony.
    We are sorry we cannot accept pets.

The apartment was a perfect destination for our 25th anniversary trip to France. We had stayed in Menton three times previously, but this was the best location and apartment. The listing pictures were completely accurate and the property was immaculately maintained and well-appointed. A great location in Menton, being close to the old city, the marche and the beaches. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The owner was most helpful (and speaks excellent English). He provided wonderful recommendations for our visit. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again!

We enjoyed a four week stay in Menton in Jan-Feb 2012. The apartment was perfect and the location was superb. All the arrangements went smoothly and the information provided in the apartment was very helpful. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning with wonderful sea views and used excellent public transport to visit Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo, Ventimiglia (just over the border in Italy) and a number of lovely hill villages.

The property was very clean, well maintained and very well described on the web - we would certainly recommend this property to our friends and relatives and we will return ourselves too.

This is a fabulous apartment with amazing views of the Mediterranean, Menton and Italy from the large front terrace. We would have spent more time in the newly renovated "chef's" kitchen but the variety of nearby restaurants was just too tempting. Our host was committed to meeting and exceeding his guests' expectations! We can not wait to return.
