CENTER OF PARIS COZY 1 BR 1/4 GUESTS - ELEVATOR - CLOSE TO MONTMARTRE, OPERA...

The apartment is clean and very well looked after. We especially noted (and liked) the attention to detail and lovely decorations. We were a family of 4, 2 adults + 2 teenage children. The apartment is not big but it was sufficient for a 6 night stay. The kitchen is well equipped & everything is in good working condition, however, there is no oven if you intend to use one. Emmanuel was very nice & helpful and is also very reliable....he always responds to text messages & emails in a reasonable time. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.....no more, no less. The closest metro station (Cadet) is just around the corner and there are plenty of restaurants & stores all around. We were there in winter and it was a very quiet location....you couldn't here any car noises at night. Just one thing to note, because the apartment is small, the clothes airer, when open, takes up all the room in the bathroom, so you cannot get to the sink or bath. However, there are ways to get around this problem. We would certainly recommend this apartment to family and friends.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 1 week in late May 2012.

It provided everything we needed in a fantastic location and Emmanuel was professional, reliable and trust worthy.

We have returned to Paris 3 months later and this apartment was unfortunately not available so we had to book an alternative, and this has really made us appreciate what Emmanuel and his apartment offered. We are now in an apartment half the size on a fifth floor with no lift or street views, no i formation and noisy neighbours for a higher price, quite the opposite to Emmanuels bright, quiet, information packed apartment with every convenience you need, which we now appreciate is probably spacious for a 1 bedroom unit by Paris standards.

I would highly recommend this apartment to couples or families with young children.

A lovely and clean two room apartment centrally located near several Metro stops. Marie and Emmanuel were very helpful and Marie even picked us up from the train station!

The elevator is tiny - just a note if you are claustrophobic. You could always take the stairs. My kids loved it.

There is no oven, but there is a cooktop and the kitchen is well equipped enough to keep you fed. Big windows open onto a pretty street across from a school. On Saturday night the bar on the corner below the apartment was loud - an American girl sitting in the outdoor area kept most of Paris appraised on her love life and opinions on most everything.

There is a grocery store nearby and an excellent pizza place. Note you do pay a significant deposit - something we didn't need to do at our London rental - so you will need to budget for that. It's money you won't be spending.

Lovely home and great people. Recommend for sure.
