Aloha, Please read some of the 100 + traveler reviews. They have rated my 800 square foot Kauai Beachfront resort, partial ocean view condo/home I rent when I am away an average 4.9 stars. There are another 32 - 5 star guest book reviews that no longer count. These guest's say it all. They will return and recommend my home as it is a great place to stay. It maybe the best deal on the Island. It's my home and you vacation in what I provide myself and get to use all my stuff.

My second floor 800 square foot Unit # C 4 is not just a rental! It is my personal very upgraded and exceptionally well equipped home when I am not traveling for business or sailing. My home is your home away from home and will provide you with a relaxing, warm, comfortable wonderful vacation, honeymoon or anniversary, as it does for me when I return.
Kauai Beach Villas Resort includes both Wyndham Resort with 3/4 of the condos & the Kauai Beach Hotel ONE ROOM STUDIOS (formerly Hilton Hotel rooms). It is one of the most exclusive & secluded Oceanfront resorts on the island.
It is the most centrally located and convenient to everything resort on the island. Only 5 minutes from the airport, 5 - 10 minutes from either end of Lihue or Kapaa and half way either direction (30 - 45 minutes) North or South to Poipu and Princeville.
THIS IS NOT A 300 SF ONE ROOM STUDIO that was converted from a hotel room with a bunch of additional fee's for check in, check out, parking, and others.
I am one of few the private owners for 15 years now. I rent my home out with all my things for you to use when I travel for business and sailing and that is over half the year. I usually can adjust my travel to accommodate most rental requests.
My Condo has no other resort fee's. Everything is included in the $912 a month homeowners dues I pay (going up to $1045 for 2015). You get to use the full resort, pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, BBQ's & beach. They are all a 1 minute walk from my condo. Free parking is right in front of the condo. You may also use the hotels facilities, pools, Jacuzzi's and more (other than spa and fitness that's an extra charge). There is a $105 cleaning fee done after check out.
The resort is a half mile off the main road and located on a 3 mile long secluded beach that runs along the adjacent famous Wailua Golf Course all the way to Lydgate Park.
I live here in my comfortable well equipped 800 SF large 1 bedroom condo when I am not on the road. For the past 15 years I have worked at making it nicely decorated and highly upgraded with imported Italian tile, Berber carpeting, solid hand varnished mahogany doors, Hunter Douglas Blinds, real wood cabinets, gourmet kitchen, granite counters, 2 air conditioners, 2 LED HD Flat screen TV's, 2 DVD's, 2 stereos and much more.
It has a full living room with New 32 Flat Screen LED HD TV and 74 cable channels, stereo, DVD, books and a few games. It has a ceiling fan, air conditioning, queen sofa bed comfortable cushioned chair and ottoman with a nice partial ocean view.
The lanai has the same view and a cushioned 2 seat bistro set and cushioned chaise lounge.
The bedroom has a king firm bed and if you desire we can add a 3' memory foam topper for those who prefer to make it less firm. You sleep in 600 thread count sheets. There are 4 pillows 2 firm and 2 medium. You have a 24' Flat Screen LED HD TV with the 74 channels, DVD, stereo and the bedroom has it's own ceiling fan & air conditioning.
My condo is the only unit that has 2 air conditioners.
The large gourmet kitchen is better equipped than most homes. There is filtered water at the sink and in the refrigerator and ice maker. There are lots of pots and pans, baking pans, corning ware, fine china, glasses, wine glasses, silverware an excellent Martha Stewart knife set and lots of utensils. Appliances include two air purifiers, a full stove & oven, 1100 watt above oven microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, hand mixer, coffee maker, toaster, George Foreman Grill, waffle maker, pop corn maker, small food processor, rice cooker, steamer & blender. There's lots of other little stuff like a wine opener, mixing spoons and spatulas, full stove utensils, bowls, Tupperware and more are all there.
There is a 4 cushioned chair separate dining area as well as a granite counter bar and 2 bar stools.
The full nicely decorated bath has brass fixtures, a bath tub and a raised Speakman shower for taller people and an it's enclosed by floral brass trimmed sliding doors. There are a dozen great bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes and a hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and a electric vent fan.
Between the bath and bedroom is a separate well lit vanity / desk area with a 3 lights and a full make up mirror. There is a full length wall mirror for dressing and an Armoire with 2 drawers and large closet for extra storage and clothes.
You have your own washer & dryer and all the soap and dryer sheets are provided.
For the beach you have use of my rolling cooler that fits in a trunk or back seat, a couple other coolers jugs, 4 beach towels and one is extra large and 2 beach chairs.
I have private internet for security and do not use the shared resort internet. It is 15 MB and has high speed wireless and also a 25 foot Ethernet cable.
I do not have a regular telephone in the condo since 99% of people have cell phones & that added $15 a week to rentals & no one used it.
Plus, you get to use all my stuff. I leave my condiments, seasonings, aluminum foil, glad wrap, zip locks, laundry, dishwasher, hand, shampoo and body soaps, paper towels, toilet paper and tissue and whatever else.
What's more you do not get starters & have to go and buy what you need. You get to use everything I have & that saves you money. If you run out my housekeeper will quickly get you more, but that rarely happens as we keep my home well stocked.
There is a partial beach and ocean view. Wyndham trimmed the trees and bushes on 2/27/14 and it is maybe even a little larger than the picture now. It grows and shrinks between trimmings.
The beach, swimming pool, Jacuzzi (whirlpool for most Europeans or never say Jacuzzi in Denmark!) and BBQ's are a 1 minute or less walk.
It is available by the night and I consider 2 and 3 when they are at the end of or in front of a longer rental.
The beach which is a minute or so walk from the unit has magnificent sunrises every morning, the picture you see on my listing is one of hundreds I have taken. They are as beautiful as they can get and change everyday.
The resort landscaping is beautiful and there are ponds, waterfalls, fountains, geese, ducks, flowers and foliage to enjoy everywhere.
My condo is only 5 minutes from the airport on the only two lane island highway. This makes for a very easy, fast arrival and departure. No long drives to the North or South after a long tiring trip. For your departing flight you do not have to leave the North or South side 4 or 5 hours before your flight to make sure there are no traffic jams or accidents on the one lane roads that cause you to miss your flight.
It is 5 minutes from Walmart at the beginning of Lihue and 10 minutes from the other end with Costco & Macy's and 10 minutes from Kapaa' the best grocery shopping on the island.
My rate per night is for 2 people plus $105 cleaning & 14.42% tax. Additional people (up to two regardless of age are $15 a night more per person) & a refundable $150 security deposit.
Once again. My condominium is Non-Smoking of anything. This means NO SMOKERS. PLEASE. If you smoke anything at all, plan to smoke on the Lanai or outside, please do not contact me or rent my home I do not want any smoke odor. If you are not honest and violate this you will loose your deposit and be liable in court for any additional fees to eliminate the odor, court costs and legal fees. Yes, I am serious about this., it is my home.
I like to be honest with every one and there is the Motocross race track at the end of the golf course than can make noise on weekends. The race track rack hours are Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays from 10am to 6pm and the race schedule can be seen at http://www.808kmra.com/race-schedule.html. Many guests have wondered over there and watched racing. But it can be noisy and it is only fair you know about it. Labor day weekend they hold two days of racing and a banquet.
PLEASE read in the additional location information:
1. The medical warnings for Microbials. Tropical islands world wide have these (mold and mildew). If you are sensitive or have allergies you may be bothered. Sometimes people do not think about this when planning a vacation and dreaming of the islands. I remind people just jog memories so no one gets sick.
2 West Nile Virus, and Dengue Fever. Use mosquito repellent. These are present on the island and although it is rare cases have been reported.
3: Noise from Chickens exits. They can wake you up. They are all over the island having been scattered during the last major hurricane 12 years ago and the most recent ones. They are birds and protected by law.
Aloha! I'm 65 years young & look older now, still work hard and play hard. I am an inventor with numerous patents on machines that install Geo-synthetics on highways. My small manufacturing company is 34 years old and my machines are used all over the world. I travel for consulting on construction projects and sailing. They say when the PHD's engineers have designed it and no one can figure how to install it they call me. I never went to college and I was never educated in what I can not do. When my machines needed to be drawn for patents the mechanical engineers said it was a good thing I never went to engineering school because on paper they do not work!
My small shop is in Northern CA and most of my employees have worked for me between 20 and 32 years. I do not even think of moving my manufacturing to where it would cost less. My staff deserves to keep their jobs in the US. I use all US suppliers.
I am an avid sailor and I was a support staff member of the Team Dennis Conner, Stars and Stripes Americas Cup Teams in the 1992 and 1995. I still sail in events worldwide. For 30 years of my life I was a well know sports trainer and therapist and did this during the Americas Cups and for other professional teams. I retired after a bad car accident and some surgeries.
I played semi pro softball for 13 years 35 - 40 years ago and still love to play baseball and softball.
I believe that if I climb a tree, my natural instincts will take me out on the limb, I just know that if the limb breaks the tree will fall and the limb stay in the air!
My condo represents me. Everything is well designed and fine quality. In the case of my condo less is not more, more is more! When I remodeled I used granite, real wood cabinets, Berber carpeting, Italian tile, Hunter Douglas Blinds, solid mahogany hand varnished doors, high quality bath fixtures and flowered brass trimmed shower doors. The kitchen has everything and then some. Sheets are 600 thread count & lots of towels.

I have been coming to Kauai since the 70's. This resort was built in 1980 and the hotel in 1984. They choose the best location on the island. it is convenient and yet very secluded. It is off the road a half mile and on a long secluded beach and in the best location on the island. Close to the airport for arriving and leaving. 5 to 10 minutes in either direction for Lihue or Kapaa the best shopping, groceries and restaurants. 30 minutes to Poipu or Princeville. The location is beautiful, the hotel has excellent food and bar. Great pools, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, BBQ's. Nothing on the island matches it. It is next to the famous public golf course. 5 minutes from Lydgate park. it is simply the best location on the island and a beautiful place to be. The sunrises are unparalleled. Arriving and departing at the airport is 5 minutes away on a two lane highway. You do not have to drive 30 to 45 minutes to get to your north or south condo or leave 4 or 5 hours a head of departure to make sure your not caught in a traffic jam or accident on a one lane road and miss your flight. The condo is well built and very spacious. I have stayed North and South and in between and there is no place like this on the island. I finally was able to buy one in 2001. I could have bought anywhere, but why settle for something less than this resort and location.
This is my private home and not just a rental. You get to use all my stuff. Read the mostly 110 5 star ratings they say it all. Great kitchen, 2 air conditioners and two ceiling fans, 600 thread count sheets, lots of towels, my cooler and household items, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, condiments and much more. I leave all of it for your use. That saves you money.
What an amazing island. So much to do and see. Your condo is in a perfect location to explore North, South, East and West. The helicopter ride with no doors off was absoutely amazing. I was looking forward to the Na Pali Coast but it was Mt Wei that blew us away, fantastic. Your ice making fridge is terrific we filled the big esky with ice, put food in the little esky, put the little esky in the big esky and took water bottles and we were ways all day, everyday exploring. Monk, your condo is so comfortable we loved staying here. (from the condo written guest book.)

There is a small beach and ocean view when Wyndham trims the trees and bushes properly. They were trimmed on 2/27/14 and it is there as of this date.
A COUPLE MEDICAL WARNINGS and Noise from Chickens and Dirt Bikes at the beach:
1. TROPICAL ISLAND Microbial's including MOLD and MILDEW exists for all property within 2000 feet of the ocean. It is nature. My condo is one of the very few that is treated for this monthly. I bought the machine to do it for my own health. It likely has least possible. t. But for Scammer's who rent for a week or two and then after a day complain and take 2 - 3 days to go to a different property where they do the same and demand a full refund to get few 3 - 4 free days at different properties do not bother here, your warned. I have been through it and learned about the scam. But AS A HEALTH WARNING to ANYONE WHO IS SENSITIVE OR HAS ALLERGIES TO MICROBIAL'S they SHOULD NOT RENT AT OCEANFRONT PROPERTIES and likely not vacation in tropical climates, Hawaii, Caribbean or others where it is everywhere in the rental cars, restaurants, properties and more.
2. WEST NILE VIRUS and DENGUE FEVER that causes an infection that is spread by certain kinds of mosquitoes exists on the islands. I recommended always going out with repellent on.
3. CHICKENS: For those who do not know this!!!! Kauai has tens of thousands of chickens and roosters all over the island,!!! This happened from the last hurricane years ago that scattered them everywhere. They make noise, often in the morning & are a great alarm clock so you do not miss the fantastic sunrises. There is nothing that can be done to reduce or eliminate them, it is part of the island experience. The chickens are birds and protected by law & are all over the island. So if you do not like that noise choose a different island. On the other hand every store has great Kauai chicken souvenirs.

This is Kauai's best major resort and they located it at the best central location to see all of the island easily. It is in the middle of the east side and halfway between Princeville and Poipu. It is 5 minutes from Walmart at the beginning of Lihue and 10 minutes from the other end with Costco and Macy's and 10 minutes from Kapaa' the best grocery shopping on the island.
You are a 3 minute drive to the golf course entrance, 5 minutes to Lydgate Park and 5 minutes to the Wailua river.
Cinemas are in Lihue and Kapaa 10 minutes away in either direction.
