Exceptional villa with pink granite, constructed by a visual artist in 1900, the 2 floor house is set around a huge art studio. With turrets and nooks, it is classical and full of charm at the same time, while being very comfortable. Surrounded by a 3 ha park that protects it from the noise, it can sleep up to 12 persons. Located 5 min from the beaches of the Côte de Granit Rose, close to the harbour of Ploumanach, it is a paradise for sailing lovers and children.

I am 49 years old and I spend part of every holiday at Rochefontaine since I was born. I live and work in Paris but I am deeply attached to this area, with its pink granite rocks, the strength you can feel, the beauty of the sea and the beaches.

Ines De Beistegui purchased this house in 1920

My great grand mother bought this house in 1930, after the Great War. She came every summer with her children and would go for a swim every day. My grand mother continued the tradition, today she is 98 years old which can tell you how healthy is the climate! I took the house over in 2000 and little by little, I modernised everything while keeping the originality.

It is a house full of memories, with good vibs. It is elegant and solid, fully constructed of granite on granite. The park and the house are very well maintained by the caretakers who are both welcoming and discreet. Linen and sheets are provided. The house is very close to many wonderful and diverse beaches and the Sentier des Douaniers calls for nice walks. The beds are comfortable, you will sleep well!

Great place for holidays with family or friends!

The house is really big and beautiful full of memories and ancient things with great garden around it (you can't see the house from the street, so no one can disturb you!). Very calm quarter close to all beautiful sites, shops and markets are not far away too.
There is enough space for everybody, we were 12 (adults and kids) and didn't feel tightly at all!

Very good proprietor, all problems she solved immediately. I would like to come back again and spend more time there. Recommend it for big families with kids or for friends.
(There is a restaurant very close this house - "La Clarte" - i recommend to try it!).

And from my 6 years old son: thank you for the great holidays, we had good time in this castle, specially i liked the library and the garden!

Nous venons de passer un merveilleux séjour dans cette superbe maison (grande, authentique, confortable, joliment meublée, au calme, entourée d'un très beau parc). Idéale pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. L'accueil est charmant. Rien à redire, on rêve seulement d'y revenir.

Je me suis réveillée ce matin chez moi en me demandant si je n'avais pas revé! Nous étions en famille et chacun a trouvé son lieu préféré dans cette maison de reve. La literie est excellente,cuisine et lingerie tres pratiques.Le parc et ses écureuils ont fait l'émerveillement des petits et grands. La maison est tres bien chauffée...bref,je recommande cette location aux amoureux de la nature et des belles choses.
Les ados ont trouvé l'inspiration pour leur devoir de philo!

Le Manoir, endroid exeptionnelle, vous trouvez le calme pour reposer et relaxer. Vous pouver passez le temps en grand groupe, et ausi trouvez un coin pour etre seule. Nous passons notre vacances aver des amies et chaqu'un a aimer le Manoir, sur tout notre chien le parc immence. Le jour de repartir a la maison nous verson une larme. Pour cette raison, nous allons revenir, et cela le plus tot possible, en Decembre. Jusque là.
