This elevated mid-level unit at 54th street sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths (2 master baths, 1 main hallway bath, and 1 indoor, beach level full bath with double shower).

Spectacular ocean views surround the living room, kitchen, dining area and decks. Enjoy outdoor furniture on the elevated oceanfront balcony, ideal for a sunny morning coffee and newspaper. Newer kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances with center island and beautiful hand selected granite make a focal point for entertaining and socializing. Living room and dining room were also updated recently, as well as a new picture window above gas fireplace overlooking ocean. Flat screen 42” HDTV in the living room along with 3 additional TVs in bedrooms. Wireless internet. Other features include central AC, newer hardwood bamboo floors, interior laundry room in hall, enclosed full bath with double shower on beach level, large garage with extra room for inside storage, outdoor grill, and lots of off-street parking for 4+ cars. Walk to stores, restaurants, bakery and other retail steps away at 55th street.

Easter Weekend Stay

We loved everything about this home, especially the updated bathrooms and the location! We drank coffee on the beautiful deck in the morning and played games in the evening at the perfect size dining table! All while listening to the ocean. You will not be disappointed!

Great House!!

The property was great and the house was nice and very clean. The views from the deck were spectacular! Paul was super responsive and the whole process was very easy. We will definitely rent this property again next fall!
