They are spacious, luminous and located in a delightful dwelling from the mid 19th century. Come and enjoy your stay in the lively area where the brick walls tell the story of the place and our studios allow you to spend a relaxing time after having had a stressful course of the day.
Discover East Village with its numerous quality restaurants, bistro-bars and cafés where typical charming ambiance of New York welcomes you. Some close-by pharmacies and shops are open 24/7. There’s a grocery store, fruit and vegetable market and a hardware shop close-by.

Information and prices: Seven beautiful and bright studios, newly remodeled in a very urban style and very well isolated, you will not have noise problems and we will provide you with everything you need to have a great stay in NYC. GARDEN LEVEL: A studio with private garden, and washer and dryer (smoking is OK in the patio) and a one bedroom apartment for up to 6 guests
PARLOR (first) Floor Has two one bedroom apartments for up to 5 guests
SECOND FLOOR has a cozy studio for 2, and 2 studios of 45m2 which host up to 4 guests.
Brick walls, high ceilings, lots of light... and a friendly manager who will go out of his way to make your stay enjoyable.
Prices go from 180 to 260 dollars on double accomodations (lower january-march) extra guests are $30/day
