The apartment of 40 sq. metres is light and airy, on the ground floor with a small garden in a new complex. The separate kitchen is fully furnished. The spacious and comfortable lounge gives onto a small terrace and garden, shaded when needed, where it is a real pleasure to take light meals in this quiet haven.

The old town of Antibes with its daily Provençal market, pleasant walks in the picturesque pedestrian streets, access to Europe’s largest pleasure port.
Picasso Museum and the Peynet (“the lovers”) Museum, the Cap d’Antibes and the coastal walk.
Juan-les-Pins and it’s world famous jazz festival, plus its lively nighttime activities.
Ideally situated to explore the rest of the Côté d’Azur (Cannes ,Nice, Monaco....) and the inland centers of interest (Grasse, St. Paul de Vence, Biot...) - all easily accessed via public transport, train along the coast bus inland, no need to take the car out of the garage!

A fabulous apartment in a great location. The property also benefitted from private secure parking.
A fabulous apartment in a great location. The property also benefitted from private secure parking. Very easy access to the public beaches and old town of Antibes. The owners of the property Mr &Mrs Jones were very accommodating and could not have been more helpful, very nice people and welcoming. I will certainly return as this is such a good place to explore the area with good transport links to Monaco, Grasse, Cannes etc.

Fabulous flat in prime Antibes location
We enjoyed a fabulous week in this flat in the best location in Antibes. Perfect for the beach and all the fabulous restaurants in Antibes and the busy nightlife of Juan Le Pins. Steve and his wife were very accommodating and helpful with travel information requests and bike hire for our stay. The flat was clean and of a good size, with all the amenities you need. The outdoor space was a bonus too. We will definitely be returning. A bientot Antibes!

Lovely apartment
We stayed here for eight nights and found the apartment very comfortable and well equipped. The terrace and garden were a real bonus. The apartment is very close to the beach and there is a supermarket and fantastic boulangerie just round the corner. A few minutes to the ramparts and the old town so all in all a good location. Thanks to Stephen and Liz for their hospitality.

What makes this property unique

Everything Antibes/Juan-les-Pins has to offer within easy walking distance. Very good public transport with regular train service to Nice, Monaco, buses inland to Grasse, St. Paul de Vence etc. Walk across the road and the sandy beach gives onto a small and safe bay; a swim before breakfast and/or as the sun sets, magic!
